I do not like this Chipotle mainly due to the very small portion sizes. I of course have been to many other locations and they never are as stingy with the scoops! It’s ridiculous to pay $15 for a bowl that’s significantly smaller than what you know it should be. Go to other locations.

Today was my first time getting chipotle bowl. The service was great the atmosphere was nice. The food was delicious, I will say I love it until i found this bug in my lettuce half way done eating my food. I just lost my appetite. Spent over $40 just to throw half of my food away. Smh!

Stingy with their portion sizes. Little to no cheese, pico, lettuce, the queso in my bowl was old and the were scraping for scraps instead of replacing the queso and giving me fresh queso. All of their products low on stock and looked like they have been out for so long. Need to replace their food and give more toppings when I ask for more they add 2 more pieces of corn… don’t go to this location.

Staff were very nice and treated me well. However, I bit down what looks like the stem of a jalapeño in my salad and almost choked. My order contained ingredients that I didn’t request online either. This location needs to work on their quality control and consistency.

I pick up my mobile order here and that kid working in the front intentionally ignores me and keep taking dine in customers that even come to store after me, I just want to pick up my order and he blames me for being late to pick up my order? If I didn’t make a mistake order in a different chipotle why would I pick up in this chipotle? And you blame customers for being late and ignoring them？ That’s how you do your job? They make you feel like pick up order in here doesn’t exist and pick up customers should talk to air. Properly train your employees for customer service please? So far you deserve 0 star for customer service.

My boyfriend and I love going to this chipotle… tonight Kyle and Xavier prepared our bowls probably the best we’ve ever had dining in. Everything was top tier and super fresh. The atmosphere in there is also extremely calm with good music. Thank you staff

Made a mobile order bowl with Guacomole.
First time they didn’t add any, so I let it go because I thought they didn’t have any during evening nor any utensils. The next day lunch hours I ordered mobile bowl with guacamole again, I went to the drive thru and asked if there is a fork in the bag, staff answered it should be. I checked there wasn’t a fork nor guacamole.
I decided to go to 9173 Roosevelt Blvd because they are generous and service is excellent even with mobile order.

I will never again come here and spend $15 for essentially is just a a bowl of brown rice with a little sprinkle of chicken on top. The bowl is not even full anymore and they give you much less of everything. The chicken was not even edible. It was chewy and slimy. It wasn’t good cuts. Lost me for Life
