Renovated/updated store. Clean dining area. Fresh looking ingredients (even the tomatoes). Staff on shift were awesome. Making our order up right and had great, upbeat personalities. Food was good.

***They have closed earlier than their posted hours > 1 ⭐️star for closing early, and everytime we have came inside, dining tables are dirty! ***
***And 1 ⭐️star for employees that could care less if you came into subway and act as if they are doing you a Huge favor to take your order***
With their BOGO, I could get 2 two footlongs all vegetables for $10! Very healthy > very happy!
however after January 31st
Subway changed that to >buy one get one half off< so I won't be ordering or using them anymore....also using their Online APP is AGGRAVATING to the 2nd power! It takes me at least 20mins to place an order.....and their reward point system is very very very low....
♀️ Subway, PLEASE MAKE it easier to order and reward your customers! You’ll be rewarded 100× I I have loved subway since I was 16 ❣️❣️❣️
Also, your pizzas are VERY ❤️ and missed!

I made an online order here and it’s like they didn’t even look at what we wanted on the sandwiches! They put onions lettuce and WAY too much tasteless mayo on my wife’s. Mine was also wrong and the chicken teriyaki was ice cold! First time getting Subway at the Walmart Subway was a Disaster! When I got there to pick it up the guy looked lost & confused when I said I’d ordered online and ready to pick it up! I told him what I ordered and pointed at the only 2 subs in a bag on the back counter & he just looked at the girl working there with a blank look. He then asked my name which I gave him & the girl finally came I’ve & handed them to me. Weird…

Been here a few times and the food was great. BUT and a huge BUT they did something very wrong and a health inspector would shut them down if they saw this.
I was in line to order and the order in front of me was being made. The sandwich maker dropped the tray, that the food in heated up on, on to the ground. He picked it up and then put the food on the tray. He never replaced the tray or washed his hands.
Well I decided that I was not going to order. I asked for the manager and was directed to the one in charge. A boy about 18 that did not look like the manager. I told him what happened and he asked me if that was my order. Like I should not say anything unless that was my food. I told him no but it does not matter. That that was very unsanitary and that I would not get food from here ever again.
If they do that with a tray that falls on the ground, what else do they do that is so nasty.

After the horrible service that I did not receive at the subway in the paradise quick Mart on highway 82 in Texarkana; it was extremely refreshing that this Subway was attentive, friendly and pleasant. A young lady named Jillian waited on me and she was a breath of fresh air. My fellow Subway eaters this is the place to go do not go to the paradise quick stop Subway on highway 82 in Texarkana your blood pressure will skyrocket.

Definitely don’t waste your money on the brisket sub. They barely even put any meat on it like two thin pieces. Doesn’t look anything like their picture. And the bread was nearly burnt. Guy asking for one anyting else summer sandwich other than the meat cheese and sauce it came with. I was like yeah you could put some meat on it. The only reason I paid for it was they run it up before it got out of the oven. Subway if the ingredients cost too much to make a decent sandwich and you still be able to turn a profit then just don’t sell that sandwich!!!

I work between the Subway in New Boston, TX and the one inside the LOVES truck stop just outside of Texarkana. I stopped using the one inside of LOVES because the employees were terrible and didn’t care enough to make the sandwhich correct unless you said something to them and then they were rude. Now the New Boston location is starting to decline as well. Today, I ordered the Monster which is a Philly Cheesesteak with bacon (more or less) and the lady barely put any steak on the sandwich and was rude when I told her she hadn’t put enough cheese on the sandwich. I like Subway but with their current hiring decisions I may stop visiting all together.
