The lady at the counter is the most horrible and pushy front of house member I’ve seen in my 30 years. She was very cold and we felt we are treated as though we are getting food for free. I still up with the attitude until she started serving the food. She just added whatever she wanted including fried banana which we didn’t even ask. One of the drink cans were damaged and when i told she shrugged and said ‘that’s fine’. When we asked for the bill, she looked confused and later only gave us the payment receipt. We still don’t know breakup of our bill. She refused the bill for the customer who was served before us too until he is insisted he needs one which she then gave. One of the most bizarre experiences away.
The food was fine, not good nor bad.
Update : I had a stomach a couple of hours later..it was mild but just adds to the poor experience at LT.

I ordered two 16.9 ounce diet Pepsi, an egg roll, and a plate of veggie fried rice, general tso chicken and few pieces of spicy chicken, and they have the nerve to charge me 28 bucks. One person, 28 bucks… no thanks! Won’t be buying from here ever again!

I got Noodles, veggies and side of 2 Veg Rolls. The lady in the counter was super nice to me. She even offered me some chicken while I was deciding what to order. However, I turned her down since I’m vegetarian. There are a lot of vegetarian options. The noodles were ok, could’ve been more flavorful, veggies were fine and the veg spring rolls were 9.5/10 the shell could’ve been crispy but I understand that. Overall a must go place if ur craving Chinese for cheap price. I paid $12.80 for all of this.

Everything I come here, the 1 lady is extremely unfriendly 1st time she refused to make a pizza roll, said they didn’t sell them. It’s on the board. I get them from the nice friendly guy, like with. Today I wanted white rice with some of the chicken sauce, she didn’t want to instead tried putting BBQ sauce on my rice. Ughhhhhhh

The food is fine, but the lady at the counter hates you and doesn’t want you to be there. They will also over charge you. She tried to charge me $37 for chicken teriyaki w/ extra chicken. This is my last time going to this place.

Me and my family went up and check what they have and all she said you want rice what kind of chicken you want like we could even check see the menu. My fiancee found a thorn in his chicken like for real what is this 1900s. The Chicken is dry the rice dont really taste like rice. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place just keeps getting worse. I bought the rice and general Tso’s chicken and bourbon chicken and it was all tasteless. It was greasy and just smelled of grease. It had no taste at all. I thought for a second I might have COVID because I swear, I couldn’t taste anything. The last time I was here, it was bad but not this bad. I ate a few bites of each and then threw rest away. I will never eat here again. I tried to put duck sauce on the rice to add flavor but it was actually still nasty. Buyer beware!!!

This was the smallest portion of beef teriyaki I ever had. 13.99 per plate gave me less food then a hamburger meal from McDonald’s. And believe me always choose this teriyaki plate when available at any resturant i go too, and this was embarrassing. Not worth the price they charge. Go next door to the Pizza kiosk for a slice of pizza unless you love rice (which my plate was filled with). Beware.

Do not eat here I repeat do not eat here. Me and my mother came to Philadelphia mills to celebrate my nieces birthday my niece and my two nephews who came along ate Popeyes in the court yard while me and my mother ate at this establishment. My mother and I woke up sick with diarrhea, headaches and chills. We made sure the kids weren’t sick thinking maybe it was just a bug but everyone else was fine but me and my mother. We both had the shrimps and we both believe it was the shrimps that made us sick Please be careful.
