Went to this subway after a long day at hospital and nothing to eat all day. It was around 3pm. Two employees working were so rude. One was the manager I think. The other stayed on her phone and was touching her hair and mask with same gloves that were going to touch our food. And yelled at me and my mom as I decided to leave. Didn’t wanna deal with this horrible employee. And “manager” or whoever it was shrugged her shoulders and didn’t care and left after us. Very rude employees. Never going back.

I had a horrible experience all around today and I will not be returning to this location. I ordered a pizza and the young man put the pizza in the oven before adding the veggies. After he took the pizza out, I confusingly asked so now you’re putting the veggies on? Thank God for the young woman who made him dispose of the pizza and start over. He started over so that made me feel a little better, but once I returned back to work the middle of the pizza was cold, almost frozen. I was so frustrated and couldn’t leave work to take it back. There needs to be more training because the young man also put the pizza on the deli paper which made it hard to get it into the box. This was my first and last time at this location. I hope this review will be brought to the manager’s attention and that there will be better training so people will not experience cold pizza in the future.

Arrived for lunch at 12:30. Two hours from opening they were out of black olives. I asked about the olives, she lifts the bucket and says, “We’re out.” Which translates to me, “I didn’t do mu job and prep/restock before opening OR I’m lazy and don’t want to go get it.” I asked for light mayonnaise and she gave me regular. Didn’t taste like my normal sandwich but otherwise it was fine.

Arrived at 7:15pm. Food was already put away and they were clearly annoyed that we ordered anyway. The employee could not hear our order multiple times because she was on her phone the entire time. We were told we could not sit inside to eat even though they were supposed to remain open until 8:00 pm which we were not told until after we paid. Therefore we sat outside in 99 degree temp.
Without question will never patronize this location ever again. After reading dozens of horrible reviews about this location it is obvious that this franchise owner could care less. We will be reaching out to the Subway corporation asking that this franchise be pulled. Creve Coeur is a nice family residential area that deserves better representation than what is allowed allowed at this location.

Absolute worse display of customer service. I went in store to place an order for a dozen cc cookies and was told that they were out. The shift manager offered to make the cookies as long as I was willing to wait 15 mins until his employee/coworker who stopped helping another customer stated that they would not be able to do so as it cost $20 dollars to turn the oven on. Not my problem Subway and what a way to treat your customers.

I had a bunch of problems with this store. First, one employee had their mask so it was not covering their nose, only their mouth, and the other employee had their mask on their chin, not even covering her mouth. When I got their they said they did not have the sauce for one of the sandwiches, so I asked what they had and they just said mayo. Maybe they do only have mayo, but if so they need to fix that. Finally, my sandwich was supposed to have guacamole on it. It did not. That is the best part of a turkey and guac sandwich. Also, the bread was a bit soggy. Since there are a ton of subways, I suggest avoiding this one.

This was by far the worst experience at a Subway I have ever had. The staff was listening to very loud rap music behind the counter. They were not able to hear me ask my question over and over about a item I could not find. I was inquiring about the low-fat menu because I had had a heart attack before. I asked at least three times and the woman never answered me. In fact, there were two women behind the counter and neither answered me. I finally found the item I was looking for myself.
When we asked if they had sweetener for unsweet tea, the lady behind the counter scoffed at me, rolled her eyes and grunted. I asked her does that mean yes or no ,and
she ignored me again, but she did get the sweetener.
The music was so loud I could hardly think. When we sat down to eat we decided to play our own music on our phone to try and drown out the music coming from behind the counter. I will never ever get back to this location.

I just got assaulted because I wanted extra spinach by a thr lady at the register and who charges extra for some spinach leafs and and punch’s me in the face outside for calling out scandalous highway robbery prices. Don’t ever go to this location and I should have pressed charges on the lady but I’m not gonna stoop to your establishment level. Go to location down the road on olive. It’s much better . My first and last time at this location

HORRIBLE experience! I took my immune compromised 85 year old mother to grab a quick sandwich between doctor’s appointments and there was only one person working. I initially felt sorry for the guy, but then I realized, that despite the mask sign for customer’s on the front door, he was preparing food completely unmasked. In addition, he went from register to preparing sandwiches in the same gloves. When he let me know that he didn’t believe in the COVID vaccination, I was furious. We, of course, left. I would imagine this is a violation of the county health codes and needs to be addressed. Everyone has their right to not get the vaccine, but they shouldn’t be allowed to work with food that’s being served to anyone, let alone immune compromised elderly people.
