This was an excellent fish burrito – the fries were cooked to perfection as a burrito ingredient, the cabbage was super crisp and fresh but chopped finely enough to be easy to eat, and the fish was extremely flavorful and tender.
I opted for both white and chipotle sauce inside the burrito – delicious but was a bit messy, next time I’ll restrain myself and pick one. The hot salsa which I added to each bite was excellent. Decent amount of heat and very complementary flavor.
I’ll surely be back to sample the other burrito options. The man in the window was super friendly, and excited about the food (I would guess he’s the owner) and after eating there, I am excited too!
