Was excited to find Pan de muerto at this bakery. Only to be met by a rude employee who rolled her eyes when I asked a question. The employee made small talk but her responses were very snarky. The bread itself was good but an overall bad experience . Zero customer service do not come here.

Excellent experience, this business is family owned and the *atmosphere* is really that of a family-owned business.
Awesome, thorough customer service — they patiently took care of everything I needed, there was free coffee to drink while I shopped. They have freshly made chicharrones and pumpkin seeds you can purchase by the pound, with normal panaderia fare made fresh every day, from my understanding. I plan to come back and recommend them to all my friends.
I bought a tres leches cake, a pound of chicharrones, freshly made churros and several other kinds of freshly made bakery breads. All were delicious, I would rate this store more highly if possible.

Not being from this area, the ladies there were really nice. They gave me a sample of bread and kindly explained their history. Their Tres leches cake is very good. I enjoyed their donuts and stuffed donuts!

Total gringo like a fish out of water here. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Picked out around 6 things out of a very nice showcase. Two absolutely helpful ladies were incredibly kind and informal with any questions I had. Also I need to just stress how delicious and unique I felt this experience was. Go say hello and get some delicious pastries!

This place was fantastic! A wonderful selection of fresh baked Mexican breads and pastries, and lots of other goodies to choose from. The woman working the register was so helpful and friendly too. We will absolutely be back soon! Stop in and give it a try you won’t regret it!!

I’m giving them 3 stars because the items I purchased were tasty. However, the lady at the counter was rude. I asked if they had “conchas” and she replied, “you should come earlier.” Then I asked what an item’s flavor was, she’s mistook what I meant, and started listing the ingredients. I told her that I meant the flavor and if it had any filling. Another rude response. Then an older lady walked in from the back, and she was way more friendly and informative. Either way, that’ll probably be the last time I go there. I don’t know about anyone else, but customer service goes a long way with me. So, if you don’t care about getting attitude or smart remarks, then this place should be no problem.
