I went to taco bell off Powers and Old Ranch Rd. for lunch 2/19/26 11:45 am. No line in the drive thru not busy at all. I get back to my office and this is what I opened. ALL lettuce and literally a teaspoon of meat in all 3 of them. I didnt order taco shells with a side of lettuce. I normally don’t complain but this is outright ridiculous!!

Last night we decided to hit Taco Bell.
We hadn’t eaten fast food out forever and upon arrival, of course in the lobby they had a kiosk to order from.
Each time we needed assistance like Pico on the side, to receive our drink we ordered, and to correct a mistake in the order, we had to yell to the back to get someone to come up front and assist us.
One would think that if someone is dining in they would train the staff to stay available in case you need an order correction or additional help. Zero stars for service

Honestly it was so packed I thought id never get my food. But almost just as fast as the room got packed, it emptied. Crazy fast service and super nice workers.

There are no cashiers. Only kiosks. At night, the employees are all socializing and horsing around. It takes forever to get poorly put together food. You can’t get anyone’s attention to ask things like, “Please put our box meals in the boxes, and please don’t put everything on top of the Mexican Pizza.”

The Manager think his name was Chance was rude and he was disrespectful to us and his employees. Was belittling his High school age employees. And speaking with the young gentleman in the lobby. Guess no one likes him and he yells at everyone and literally gives no one any hours but his one guy friend who works with him. Please please if you have a child trying to learn how it is to work and wants there 1st Job at this Taco Bell. Don’t do it. This rude unprofessional manager is named Chance

Everyone loves food at Taco Bell, but many times, certain locations have bad reviews due to customer service or hygiene. However, this location is far good in terms of hygiene. Also, when I went there the last time at this location, Vlad made me feel welcome and asked me if I needed any drinks since the order got delayed 2-3 minutes which was fine because the chef was making fresh Cinnabon Delights. He is an excellent communicator and friendly. I’d love to go back to this location more.

I arrived in the drive thru at 8:02, with only a couple cars ahead of me. By the time I left the drive thru at 8:37, I didn’t even want tacos anymore. I just wanted to escape the line I’d been trapped in for more than half an hour. I mentioned to the cashier as kindly as I could that I worried about how long my food had been sitting out, but she assured me that it had only been 3 minutes since it was cooked. Driving away, I was met with soggy fries and a congealed burrito- every item was stone cold. I don’t expect a lot from a fast food joint, but waiting the better part of an hour without a way to leave just to be lied to so they wouldn’t have to remake my food was a major disappointment.

Every time I get the spicy potato soft taco the potatoes are expired. They are hard and shriveled up, never fresh. That’s one of my favorite items so I hate that I have to be hesitant on ordering it every time because they never have fresh potatoes.
