An absolute gem!
I came here for the 2026 vegan chef challenge and the food they made was absolutely delicious.
I tried their quesadilla and it came with Pico de gallo and chips on the side. The Pico de gallo was so delicious I wish they gave me another container!
I also ordered their shipwreck smoothie and it was honestly one of the best smoothie I have had in a while. The cacao nibs really made the smoothie pop. If anyone is looking for smoothies this is the place to go!

This is by far the best vegan food spot I’ve tried. The food was so delicious and flavorful. The service was friendly and super accommodating.
My dad isn’t even vegan and he ordered seconds to take with him on the road.

Absolutely loved finding this spot! An adorable little cafe and the food is absolutely so good. The gyro and bagel are something I could eat everyday. The vegan pesto is amazing

Visiting a new city, there is nothing like coming across a cafe with a vegan breakfast burrito on the menu. The shoreline burrito caught my eye immediately and I RAN to La Jenelle’s. The burrito is huge, flavorful & filling, exactly what a breakfast burrito should be.
If I lived in Oxnard I’d come back to try all the other vegan treats. Also, the owner (who I assume is Jenelle) was so friendly and you can tell puts her heart and soul into this cafe. Would recommend 100%

They have mastered the flavors here. Nice little vegan place next to silver strand beach, unique taste with careful design of menu and very creative owner who puts a lot of effort in creating the dishes and preparation of organic vegan items that go into the food. Eventhough I am not vegan I absolutely loved the food and will be back. Exceptional service as well, she patiently explained the whole menu with details to me.

We stopped in here for breakfast and wow, such incredible vegan food. The owner/chef was incredibly kind and welcoming as well. We got brekky burritos and the bagel; all of it was incredible and so fresh. The seating is limited and outdoors but we stopped in on a lovely day and after we ate enjoyed a 5 min walk to the beach. We will most certainly be back and I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone.

it’s like going to your best friend’s beach house and asking them to cook beautiful food for you. seriously, if you have never tried a latte that tastes beautiful, like a work of art, you should check this out.

Such a lovely café. Food is AMAZING! Makes eating vegan DELICIOUS! The owner is the sweetest and makes you instantly feel welcome. We have tried just about everything on the menu and we have yet to be disappointed!

We loved it so much, all we have is what we bought to go! We ordered the pork jackfruit in a pretzel bun with caramelized onions. Delicious! Also the Mexicali bowl with avocdo sauce was tasty, but the Shoreline burrito was filling but not as flavorful…maybe fewer beans and more sauce? I ordered the special that wasnt on the menu…Caribbean mix of spinach, tomatoes, and cabbage grilled and laid in a chubby tortilla. Hmmm. Nachos with cashew cheese were superb! To top it off, we shared a piece of the blueberry cheesecake.. oh yummy! We left with an organic almond cream cheese to go. Thank you!
