The subs were super good! We got a cheesesteak with bacon and it was quite loaded and how fun is it?? Bacon! In your cheesesteak! Perfection we also got an italian sub, my boys’ favorite, and it definitely lived to their standards, plenty of meat, nice soft bread… There were two people waiting for their orders, some more online orders were coming in, but we only waited a couple of minutes. Caylee was attentive, smiling and really managed the streamlining of orders well!

This picture really doesn’t do this sub any justice. It was one of the best I’ve had in a really long time. I had a large classic cheesesteak. You get 2 subs just like the one picture when you order a large. It was great. I also ordered the chicken chipotle crunch. That was good as well. I can’t wait to go back!

I have for years wanted to try their sandwiches/sub and finally got the opportunity on Saturday. Now, I wish had a read the reviews first, a 1.7 out of 5 stars seems a bit generous. To start, the service is very slow. Good food takes time, but more on that in a bit. It took longer than we expected, about 15 mins before our 2 subs and fries were ready. When they first gave us our order, they forgot the bottle of water. While they went to get the water, I looked in the bag and there was only one sub. We asked where the other sub was, they looked at the ticket and realized they neglected to make the cheesesteak sub. The cheesesteak sub was ok, but the other sub, the turkey club was memorable for the wrong reasons. They showcase that they roast their own turkey. Well, the turkey was dry and over cooked. Not much flavor. There was very little mayo on the sub which enhanced how dry the turkey was. When the sub was wrapped, it wasn’t folded over, it was basically and open face sub that was difficult to fold without a knife. The good, the fries. Crispy and full of flavor but could have used a bit more salt. It was the best part of the meal. The staff didn’t show much enthusiasm, even the gentleman who took our order. An AI robot would have had more personality and will likely replace them in a few years. Would I go again, not likely. Am I glad I tried them, well now I know and won’t return. Hope this helps the next reviewer.

Dear Capriotti’s Customer Relations Team,
I am writing to formally report a serious food safety incident that occurred on 2/6/26 at approximately 2:45pm at your Gambrills, MD location.
I ordered a Wagyu Club sandwich and, while eating it, discovered that there was a bone inside the sandwich. This is especially alarming because I was informed that the turkey is prepared fresh in-house and then ground, which means this bone should have been identified and removed during the preparation process.
Although the store did remake the sandwich and issued a refund, this situation goes far beyond customer service recovery. I had already swallowed part of the sandwich before noticing the bone, and as a result, I now have a piece of turkey bone lodged in my throat, causing ongoing discomfort and concern. This is a potential medical issue, not a minor inconvenience.
This incident represents a serious failure in food safety and quality control. A $15 refund does not address the physical harm or potential medical intervention that may be required due to this incident. I also was not pleased with the way the manager handled the situation, I came in obviously choking and wasn’t even offered water. I am extremely disturbed by what occurred and expect this matter to be taken seriously.
I am requesting:
– A formal investigation into how this occurred
– Confirmation of corrective actions being taken to prevent this from happening again
– Appropriate accountability and resolution beyond a refund
I expect a prompt response and clear explanation of next steps. I am seeking justice, transparency, and assurance that no other customer will experience a similar or worse outcome.

I love the creative menu and the cashier was absolutely phenomenal!!! I will say, I was caught a tiny off guard by the prices but realized that if you get a large 18” and share halves, then that’s where the value pops up! Normally a “regular” sized sandwich with chips and drinks will come to about $20 per person which is a bit high even considering the unique menus with its good quality ingredients. If you get the large size and eat half and save or share the other half, it’ll come out to about $14 per person which is fairly reasonable. But yea the ambiance was really great, fun menus, A LOT of meat on the sandwich despite the bad reviews saying they don’t do a lot of meat, and seasoned well would recommend

I would’ve given this establishment zero stars if I could, but I had a single decent experience out of the three times. The customer service was absolutely terrible the last time I went. The cashier acted like he couldn’t be bothered to take my order. When my food finally came, it wasn’t what I ordered and they put an obnoxious amount of black pepper. This will probably be my last time spending money at this location.
