I placed an order online and arrived 10 minutes early. The store had a line of 7-8 people, and there was only one employee who was doing all the job by herself. She did amazing. I understand how hard it is to be slammed like this all by herself and I’m also glad everyone was patient as well.

Ordered at 4pm for 445 pickup. Came in at 450 and was told my order hadn’t even been started yet and “it would take a while”. I can understand if I was early, but I submitted it 50 minutes before entering for pickup. Absolutely ridiculous. Employee was extremely rude. Then when she did start working on them, she would stop and take care of other people who walked in, get them done, then go back to working on my order. I should be treated as a waiting customer, juat as others who had walked in after me.

I did curbside pickup because its like 95 degrees outside and my 9 month old baby is napping in my truck. I arrived 10 minutes before pickup time and did not mind waiting at all for pick up since I was the one early. I waited the time and checked in on the app like it said to. (There is no one else at this subway except for the workers.) A few minutes past my pickup time go by and im wondering where my food is. I look up and the worker instead of bringing my food out waved me to come inside. So I then had to wake my napping baby up and take her out into the heat to grab my food when I chose curbside pickup not indoor pick up. The lady said she has been there since February and they have never done curbside pick up ever. Why offer it if you aren’t going to do it. I would have gone somewhere else to not wake my baby up and will now go to other places because of this. It sucks too because food wise they do a great job its just the service lacking.

When I walked in, I noticed a guy cleaning the floor. An employee asked him to stop mopping, and he went to the back. However, you could still hear him complaining loudly. The employee had to go back there to ask him to quiet down because it was so loud! This experience reflected poorly on customer service.

Why does this Subway employ a young woman who cannot understand basic English? “No green peppers” is very straightforward – why does she acknowledge “Ok no green peppers” AND THEN START PUTTING GREEN PEPPERS ON THE SANDWICH?; “A little extra mayo” doesn’t mean literally THREE LAYERS OF SOLID MAYO; it’s crazy how TERRIBLE the service has been from the same young lady the last three times we’ve seen her. Even constant reminder “Please, no green peppers” are just…..ignored? Completely not understood? It’s ridiculous.
From now on we won’t be patronizing this Subway unless Kia, the incredibly great lady who also works there, is there.

My husband ordered the new Baja Chipotle chicken. The only thing I did not want is the black olives.

Very good quality ingredients. My sub was made accurately and tasted fresh. The inside was clean and organized. Very friendly staff. They were busy, but handled it well. I didn’t have to wait long for my 2 subs.

2 young girls working today and a lot of people in line. These 2 girls did a great job. Never lost their cool, very polite and kept the line moving! GREAT JOB LADIES! And the sandwiches were good.

I have been buying from subway for decades. A stainless steel box has been placed over the meats and cheese. I cannot see my sandwich being made. Seeing my sandwich being made is why I go to Subway. Not being able to see anything will not work for me. I will not be back.
