Hispanic lady that works here the manager is very rude always giving me an attitude. Ever since this location changed hands this place has taken a nose dive sorry to say but the old owners were way better. She didnt even read the ticket and made something in didnt order so I handed it back to her and she made it halfass. Asked for my fries to be dropped fresh which if you dont know there is a policy that means they need to drop fries fresh. Ive had issues before with this location being cold food. Not only that my wrap was nearly cold. Barely warm. I left just minutes ago tried calling twice didnt get an answer. Fries were room temp but at least they were salted. My sweet ice tea is good tho. I guess.

2 days in a row, I ask for buffalo sauce and I got 1 on an order of 3 sandwiches, the day before that, 4 sandwiches, I ask for extra buffalo sauce and lady asks me how many, I said 3. I paid for those 3 and when I get home I find out theres only 3 sauces, dont I at least get 1 free for 1 sandwiches? Not even ketchup or nothing, what are you employees thinking when they know someone buys 3 sandwiches and they only put 1 sauce?

The food is nice and warm. Typical McDonald’s fare. However, the fries were cold. I’m glad that there is a self service fountain drink machine so I don’t have to bother the employees for refills. However, the main attraction is the very large play place. I think it’s one of the largest play places in the area.

Came here to check out the play place. My kids had a good time. One of the better playplaces. I like that the kids’ play area has a room with windows right in front of it. Inside the play area, it can get uncomfortably loud with all the little ones screaming.
The restaurant is ADA-compliant.
Bathrooms and eating areas were all clean and orderly. Service was fast.

I go here every morning for my ice coffee I ask for it very simple I think and everyone but this short Mexican lady she’s a bit dark skinned ALWAYS MAKES IT HOW SHE WANT IT NOT HOW I ASK FOR IT . Something needs to be addressed to her how is it that it’s only messed up when she does it anyone else does it how I ask and it’s perfectly fine nd I feel she never puts the sticker on it to avoid being told I didn’t ask for certain things really discouraging about to start going somewhere else

A manager took my order and completed but I want to add something else. She walked away and I was waiting to add something else to my order, another employee called her letting her know I still need help and she replied with attitude saying I already helped her. Mc Donald’s should watch their employees especially management.

The play place is very nice. The kids had a great time but it was freezing in there!! I mean really cold! I had to go to the car and get my jacket and it was 85 degrees outside. There were other people complaining about the temperature in the play place also.
