First off, I am not a fan of ihop, never have been, and after this experience never will be. Why am I talking about ihop you ask? Because I went to this address for have a cheesesteak only to be duped into eating at ihop. The cheesesteak place is located in the kitchen of ihop, but you can’t go in and order the food at the ihop table. Instead of getting what looked like a yummy cheesesteak, I end up having to order disappointing ihop food. The flooring is so old that you can see the walk paths worn into the carpet. I don’t think they have updated the carpet since it’s been built or opened. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed. I ordered onion rings with not my cheesesteak and I received 4 onion rings. It was $40 for basically two orders of 4 microwaved chicken nuggets and a side of cold fries. I ordered “loaded buffalo chicken fries”. I got chicken nuggets and a side of fries. It took an hour and a half. Customer service is an answering machine
