This place is slow and thats not that big a deal if the food is hot and correct but its not! They’ll remember to tell you sauce is 45 cents but won’t remember to make your food correct! I just spent money that aint enough to get a sauce! Only to go home and have old hard fries and a burger that is inedible! But make sure you charge for sauce ok!!

I’d give this place 0 stars if possible! We walked into the restaurant, and there’s a guy at the register, obviously screwing around on his phone. He had a headphone in one ear, and couldn’t accurately take our order. Lots of things wrung in wrong and just not correct. The guy couldn’t figure out how to put in our coupon and kept having to ask others for help. We finally get the food. The burger patties are burnt, and almost everything else is cold – a few things incorrect. They overcharged us $5 for a drink and didn’t fix it, despite us requesting them to. Ordered frosties. Find out AFTER ordering that they are out of vanilla, and therefore the special flavor being advertised. Also, I had to wait while they put more frosty mix into the machine. All the employees went outside while we were waiting, trying to figure out what was going on. We could see them from the lobby passing a blunt around outside. The inside of the restaurant smelled of weed. Why didn’t we just leave, you may be wondering. We didn’t think our experience could get any worse. Boy, were we wrong! I don’t think we will ever come to this location again. The bathrooms are filthy too! Don’t waste your time here!

I ordered the frosty chocolate brownie swirl for the first time, it was very good than McDonald’s sundae but I still like the original frosty for years. Also, the inside interior is nice.

Well. The sign said we are open but NO chocolate Frosty. Got the vanilla instead. 2 months later I give them another try. This time no vanilla frosty. I had to wait for my chocolate frosty and my chicken wrap in the overflow parking and the wrap came but not the wrap. I actually felt sorry for the guy when I told him. He was same dude who took my money. Two staff members appeared to be smoking at the front entrance.

Been here over a dozen times in the last several months (there’s not much close by honestly) and *every single time* they are out of basically every new frosty flavor. Not hyperbole, I’m legitimately convinced they never actually order any of them and just claim to be sold out, THAT kind of “every single time”.
Whichever corporate staff member is reading this review, please send a note to the store fulfilment team to triple however much of the frosty ingredients they actually order, because based on other reviews this BRAND NEW store doesn’t have much else going for it.

$48 order, had to go back to get the food they didn’t put in the order. Cashier was rude, shoved her arm out the window at me. It was terrible. Got back home had to throw fries and nuggets away cause they were hard and stale, frosty was melted in the bottom of the cup. I’m paying you, not the other way around

They had to take my order twice, then told me at the window with my food in sight that they could only take cash…. Then as I was driving off without my food they apologized and said they could take a card or mobile app. I was the ONLY customer there at 7:15 in the morning, got my food, opened it to eat and it was barely like warm. How?!
I tried calling them to tell them and the number wasn’t working.

Did the drive thru and sat there for 5 minutes without hearing anyone speak on the intercom. I went to the window to see if the screen was just broken and the workers were just staring at me through the window. One of the ladies apologized and said she didn’t have a headset on. I come here often and I never had this problem. I give them my order and the guy makes me park and says he’s gonna bring me my nuggets out. I only ordered a 10 piece nugget. As i’m patiently waiting, I see a bunch of cars coming in and out of the drive thru with what they ordered and I was parked for 20 mins! I see the same guy who said he would bring my nuggets come outside to smoke. That’s when I went inside to get my refund because it’s ridiculous I waited 20 mins just for 10 nuggets to not even get them. I am beyond pissed I wasted my time, money, and gas.
