I went in after going to the gym just down the street, and I believe the employees name was Amya. (I read her name tag and that’s what it looked like) She was super nice, we had a conversation about a few things while she was making the sandwich and it made the visit so much more personal and memorable. not just like the average in and out food experience. She was awesome, definitely one of the coolest and sweetest people I’ve met. 5 stars

The moment my husband and I went to place our order the lady was rude. She had sauce all over her gloves from the last custom and started to pull my bread didnt bother to change her gloves like she should have until I ask if she could because of the sauce by then she had already got it on my sub . Terrible service every time I go. Not sure why I even bother. Hope you find better employees that care about serving there customers.

Overall there seemed to be to many people on the line and one lady that was training someone else had no patience for the trainee or customer.
After messing up the customers order she began to blame the customer, proceeded to skip the established line process confusing the trainee and other employees, blamed all the confusion on the trainee then just dropped everything and stormed into the back not to be seen again while we were there. Very unprofessional and rude.
The sandwich was good though. I had the ham, egg & cheese on flat bread toasted with some veggies, provalone and Chipotle type sauce (3.99$ for the 6in). I would not recommend for the service but would for the food.

Could be cleaner, in a way that the presentation should be improved. When I was there getting a sandwich, my wife was with me. She wanted a chicken of some sort. The meat was dropped on the counter and then put back into the bucket it came from. Kinda makes a person feel the cleanliness is off if they can just put meat off the counter back and use it on the next persons food

The place can improve their food handling and cleaning of the food preparation area. There are flies in the sandwich preparation area most of the time. I also got sick couple times. Not many eating options in DAFB. The health department should visit them frequently to address their food handling, sanitation and flies issues. At least the staff is friendly, two stars for that.

Dover Air Force Base subway at 1845 on May 6 I felt the tension and the attitude when I was ordering my food and when I paid her, she dropped my changed in my hand. I’m a retired vet went war for my country more respect should be shown for our soldiers and veterans. I will never visit there again to buy anything.
