My tofu bowl was decent but not crave-worthy. Portion of tofu was generous (appreciated!), flavor was good, but the texture felt slightly off and the rice + lettuce base had me wishing for more cabbage or traditional crunch. Spice options were basically just sriracha — I personally love more heat variety. About a 3.5★ bowl for me.
Husband had the spicy chicken bowl — said it was good (around 4★) but the chicken portion felt light even with kimchi added. Drink selection is mostly grab-and-go bottled stuff (soda, milk tea, Arizona tea, water — nothing exciting). They do have a quirky DIY ramen station where you grab packaged ramen and add hot water — fun idea, just very casual.
Would I go back? Yes — if I’m nearby. Regular rotation? Probably not.
We ordered the soy garlic fried chicken bowl, bulgogi bowl, and fried mandu (4pc), and everything came out fresh in a relaxed, chill environment perfect for enjoying a good meal without feeling rushed.
The fried chicken pieces were generously sized, evenly crispy, and coated in a soy garlic sauce that hit that perfect salty-sweet balance, basically honey for the tastebuds, danger for the waistline. No regrets though!
The bulgogi was tender, savory, and comforting, and the mandu were fried golden and crisp, the kind you keep saying you’ll stop eating after one more… and then somehow the plate is empty.
Overall, great flavors, satisfying portions, and a chill dining experience. Definitely worth checking out now before this place gets busy!
I ordered the beef bulgogi bowl, the sweet & spicy Korean fried chicken bowl, and a side of kimchi, and every single bite was incredible. The bulgogi was tender and perfectly seasoned, the Korean fried chicken was crispy with just the right amount of sweet heat, and the kimchi was fresh and full of authentic flavor.
On top of the amazing food, the service was friendly and fast—you can really feel the excitement from the team. For a grand opening, everything ran impressively smooth!
Highly recommend checking out Seoul Bowl—you’ll thank yourself later!
