I worked in retail, the ONLY way to make sure you don’t get in trouble for giving bad service is making out the customer went nuts. This person has it down to a science, She definitely made sure she sounded as the victim.
As I looked up the location, it seems I haven’t been the only one in this persons cross-hairs. The owner/operator has to really begin to wonder just how many customer have the same problem, with the same employee.
I will never bother with that subway again, nor will anyone I know. As you can see by the photo, at 6:57 is was still “being made”
At 6:40 an email was marked in my in box @ 6:40pm which is when I actually arrived at the store for the pick-up that says it was cancelled.
They do not wrap heated sandwiches in tinfoil to keep it warm.
They dont have normal chips that every other subway.
They dont have lemonade or ice tea for fountain drinks.
No green peppers
The display of food doesn’t look good. Had to ask 3 time not to use what they had out…just look nasty.
Maybe it was the time of day, but I suspect this location does not get as much traffic as most other Subway locations, because it’s kind of hidden. We were the only visitors, when we visited, which made it nice and quiet, while me and my wife eat our subs.
I’m not even joking. They are known for subs and were out of freaking subs.
Last week they were out of bread. I come back a week later they only have wheat bread. Okay fine.
They were out of every topping ! The only had spinach and olives.
Whoever is managing this place needs to get fired, learn how to properly order ingredients.
Obviously, it isn’t the employees fault. Upper management is clearly not doing their job
