Did a online order, I called to cancel because it was the wrong location. They told me they didn’t have my order, But she told me that I have to cancel my order in the app (which is not a option) so I got in the car & drove the additional 8 miles to the location. Upon arriving 5 minutes before my order, the door was locked, the person I guess I talked with that gave me the wrong information, rolled their eyes when she looked up from counting her register, Upon opening the door I showed on my phone I had an order, she insisted it was cancelled, I said it couldn’t be, because there is no place to cancel on the app as she had told me to do, then got huffy & said it was cancelled, I said cant be as I couldn’t find a way to do it, she again repeated in an even huffier tone. Now Ive gotten attitude for an order I politely tried to cancel, she said they cant, I have to cancel on the app. but couldn’t, then drove up to pick up the order & she refused to make it because they were closed (20 min before posted closing time.) So definitely feeling abused at this point, I muttered as I turned around to walk to the car, well someone should have fn notified me somehow. Now she goes totally off like I just kicked her dog, totally becoming the victim. She must have ranted for 5 minutes, all the way as I walked to my car she went on & on about what a terrible day everyone has and she hoped my day would be better because of this etc, etc, etc.
I worked in retail, the ONLY way to make sure you don’t get in trouble for giving bad service is making out the customer went nuts. This person has it down to a science, She definitely made sure she sounded as the victim.
As I looked up the location, it seems I haven’t been the only one in this persons cross-hairs. The owner/operator has to really begin to wonder just how many customer have the same problem, with the same employee.
I will never bother with that subway again, nor will anyone I know. As you can see by the photo, at 6:57 is was still “being made”
At 6:40 an email was marked in my in box @ 6:40pm which is when I actually arrived at the store for the pick-up that says it was cancelled.

I haven’t had Subway in over 5 years but stopped today cause I was hungry and it was the last option before the freeway. So glad I did! Everyone here was absolutely wonderful. I was clearly lost on what I wanted so the gentleman making my sub made lots of recommendations, and the manager was very kind and didn’t upcharge me for avocado spread. My sub ended up being delicious!

Service not so good. One of the worst managed subways i have ever been.
They do not wrap heated sandwiches in tinfoil to keep it warm.
They dont have normal chips that every other subway.
They dont have lemonade or ice tea for fountain drinks.
No green peppers
The display of food doesn’t look good. Had to ask 3 time not to use what they had out…just look nasty.

I almost never write reviews however I have to give recognition to the women that work here. This is one of the busiest locations especially during the lunch hour when I received service here. They were obviously a little stressed because of the never ending line of people with some ordering for ten plus people and these women pull it off very nicely with speed, friendly service and quality food.

Our subs were prepared properly, and we were treated very well by the employee.
Maybe it was the time of day, but I suspect this location does not get as much traffic as most other Subway locations, because it’s kind of hidden. We were the only visitors, when we visited, which made it nice and quiet, while me and my wife eat our subs.

Alayna and Allisha are awesome! As well as the rest of the staff. They go above and beyond for me and are always so pleasant and helpful and thoughtful! HIGH QUALITY customer service, speed and products! They struggle sometimes with staffing, but everyone does nowadays. They always give it their best and I appreciate them so much!!

Came in at prime lunch time and they only had one person working the counter. She seemed to be new, which is fine, but she could have used some help. The manager was no where to be found and we were not greeted until we were up to have our sandwiches made, which was 15 minutes after entering the store.

How can a subway be out of sandwiches???
I’m not even joking. They are known for subs and were out of freaking subs.
Last week they were out of bread. I come back a week later they only have wheat bread. Okay fine.

They were out of every topping ! The only had spinach and olives.

Whoever is managing this place needs to get fired, learn how to properly order ingredients.

Obviously, it isn’t the employees fault. Upper management is clearly not doing their job

Temporary hours on the door and Google show them closing at 7 on Friday, but the door was locked. Not the first time they were closed before the posted time, very disappointed. Hours need to be at least posted on the door with a note if they are changed.
