I’ve ordered from this place several times because the food is genuinely delicious—but I’m done giving chances. The first time I ordered on Uber Eats, I specifically asked for no cilantro on the tacos. They still sent them with cilantro. I called the restaurant to let them know, and instead of apologizing, they were extremely rude and dismissive. They literally said, “What do you want us to do?”—as if following simple instructions was too much to ask.
Since then, I’ve continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the same issue keeps happening. Every single time I write NO CILANTRO clearly on the order, and every single time they ignore it. How hard is it to leave out one ingredient?
It’s honestly frustrating and disappointing. It doesn’t matter how good your food is if you can’t respect your customers or follow basic directions. The customer service is terrible—whether on the phone or in person—and clearly, they don’t care.

The food was delicious, Unfortunately when ordering yhe cashier didnt understand english, thank goodness my husband knew a little spanish. We both orderd a burrito [shredded pork) husband (steak) stuffed with rice, salsa, queso and chips on side, it was nice and fesh, made to order. There is a sitting area if you prefer to eat there.

Don’t let the modest location fool you, this spot is serving up the freshest authentic quality Mexican around. I was impressed by the quality and breadth of items they are serving. The barbacoa pork was rich and savory, made for a killer burrito, and I loved the fresh pineapple and cashew juice
The guy who served us is an owner, and explained it is a family business with his mother and brother. It is nice to see a family opening shop like this, sons working hard to bring their mom’s delicious cooking to everyone

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! These people cannot be bothered to be decent human beings to their customers and it’s sad because the food really is that good. Will not be returning! Would hate to see them go out of business simply because they do NOT know how to treat their customers. Be warned! ❌❌❌

I first discovered this place when I was working up in Lynn one afternoon and decided to stop by for lunch. Having recently visited Mexico City, I was craving the style of authentic tacos I had while I was there. This place absolutely delivers. The suadero tacos are my favorite and, in my experience, are not easy to find around here.
This past weekend I had them cater my birthday party. Carlos and his crew threw together an order of 60 tacos, rice and beans, chips, salsa, and guac that all of my friends were raving about. I will definitely be having future parties catered by them.
I often hear people talk about how hard it is to find good Mexican food in the Boston area. If that sounds like you, go to Tacos Plus. You will be delighted.
