I often visit different local coffee shops but not like this one. They have perfected the experience of a customer from the very time you walk in. The cozy atmosphere, greeting and ordering process. The Cortado and latte were great. I thought I knew what an avocado toast tasted like until I tried theirs. The egg, bacon and heat honey on top was so delicious.

We stopped here for lunch while visiting the area from Oregon. What a fantastic cafe & coffee shop. The owners, Faith & BJ, were friendly and extremely helpful. The menu selection is excellent, reasonably priced, and our breakfast sandwiches were delicious! We also couldn’t resist having a cinnamon roll and a blueberry scone to top off a perfect late breakfast. Delicious food, friendly staff, good seating, wifi available, super clean. Definitely recommend this gem of a cafe to anyone visiting New Iberia. Plus, to top it off, Faith gave us a slice of freindly baked King cake, a local favorite, for us to try to thank us for visiting. Now that’s southern hospitality. Thank you both for such a fun visit to your lovely cafe.

3 month update: unfortunately, to much chagrin it is no longer a late night option. The business hours have changed 3-4 times since opening, causing difficulties to make plans. The tint on the windows make it hard to see if they are open when passing by, even though there is an open sign, it’s still hard to determine whether or not it’s open, unless you stop and try the door.
I haven’t seen much signage or advertising around town.
The coffee quality and staff friendliness is still 10/10. Stick it out !

Drive thru available which is a big plus! (Must be accessed via Oak Street)
The amount of pastries, desserts and snacks is incredible!!! Some are homemade and some from local vendors. The turkey breakfast roll was really good, amazing cheesecake and delicious seasonal cookies.
The coffee is a 10/10, it’s locally roasted exclusively for Komade. I got a Peppermint toasted marshmallow latte !

Very cute and clean shop with great drinks and friendly service! Their iced coffee was very smooth with great flavor. Flavored tea was also very good! I appreciated the short descriptions of the teas. We made a stop after going to Avery Island, definitely recommend a visit.

Aww, what a sweet establishment. I liked the breakfast roll up, cinnamon roll, dirty chai tea latte, and matcha latte; drip coffee was just okay- watery.
Fair prices, cute space to study/hang out, also a drive through. They offer a coffee rewards program—buy ten drinks and get one free.

I absolutely love this place! Coffee is 10/10, food is 10/10, atmosphere is 10/10. I work in New Iberia twice a week and try and stop by each time. The owner is so kind and makes it a point to learn the customers names. Do yourself a favor and stop by!
