This is my favorite pizza place. But when I went recently, the taste was disappointing—maybe the owner has changed. It seemed like a young white female staff member made the pizza, and the dough was way too thin while the crust was overcooked and hard, so I couldn’t eat it and threw it away. The cheese was also far too sparse. While I was eating, I saw that same staff member making her own dinner, and her pizza looked thick and well made. It really made me feel like they had just thrown ours together carelessly.

Whoever I spoke to over the phone 6/14/25 around 7pm was amazing. We were staying at a hotel outside of their delivery area and wanted something that off the current menu. She was very accommodating. I did have to order off DoorDash due to the proximity and ended up picking pick up instead of delivery.. that was my mistake. But all employees were great! Food was great too!

Cool spot for pizza and a beer – sitting at the counter along the window provided a great view.
The pizza was great, and the beer selection was good too. The night I went was a buy a pint, get a pint glass.

I ordered from this place for the first time yesterday as we often pass through Danville and Alamo downtown. I loved the name and thought to give them a try. They offer unique choices for pizza, which was exciting. However, when we received the pizza, the crust was dry and tasted like cardboard, and the cheese was minimal, although the quality of the ingredients was good.

Rating based primarily on their outstanding beer selection! Don’t get me wrong – the pizza is great too – but this place has a fantastic selection of excellent local brews both on-tap and by the can. It’s a pretty small patio (they’ve done what they could to maximize, including putting a big screen TV out there) so we often just pick up cans and take them home. Favorite pizzas include the Green with Envy and the Railroad Grade.

We’re happy to have Extreme right in our backyard! They have great beers on tap, the pizzas are delicious and they have a good selection of salads as well. We love to bring our dog and sit on the patio with a beer and listen to the classic rock that is often playing. Its a comfortable place to hang out.

Very nice people made exactly what I wanted.
Plus the beer selection is really good and there are some good looking women that can hold a conversion on almost any subject.

Good grub, great beer selection, cool people. 20 taps! Went in with my two boys, 13 and 16, after we ate ended up staying for an hour and a half playing trivial pursuit. They have games there. Lots of sports, locals get in here for a casual beer. Patio area a great place to sit if you bring your dog. Been going there for 5+ years.

I ordered a vegan cheese pizza with garlic, nice and simple. The garlic was on the burnt side, but regardless it was still good. What I enjoyed most was the friendly staff. I believe the woman I spoke with was the manager. I enjoyed talking to her while I waited for my pick up order. They have a large menu, so there are lots of options. I came here because they had vegan cheese and I appreciated the vegan menu options even though I was getting something so simple.

**New Ownership** The beers are still great, but pizzas are now coming out overcooked with very tough crusts, thin toppings and the sauce tastes watered-down. I talked to the new owners since my wife and I have visited this location frequently for 6 years. They assured me that the pizza was the same as it has always been. I can assure you that it is not. I don’t know if this is a form of cost cutting, but people will notice.
