Online ordered at 10:10am in line at 10:15am hit the I’m at restaurant button. Got to the speaker at 10:40am after the slowest almost seems intentional service I’ve ever seen only to be told breakfast is over we will have to cancel your order. I don’t know if it’s the inconvenience of having to wait or the fact that I was already charged but can someone please tell me why wasn’t the food made before they picked up breakfast?

We waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. It took so long I had to look on Google for the hours of operation. Finally I said hello and they told us to wait more. I asked what happened at the window and the employee said it was shift change. I worked in the restaurant business for 17 years. You don’t stop service for a shift change. It is supposed to be smooth so the customer gets continuous service. Hopefully the manager was not part of this delay to customers. We’ll go to another local McDonald’s in the future. If this is a glimpse of their service you should do the same.

I arrived at the drive thru. The only vehicle waiting. After 3 minutes- I began saying, “Hello?”, into the speaker ar the marquee. No answer. After 3 more minutes, I drove to the payment window- no one present. However, I observed an employee providing the driver od a Grey pickup truck an order. After 2 minutes of waiting- figuring I was next- no one showed. It was at this time I drove to the final windows. I observed this same employee, along with another employee ( manager- curly infused orange locks) noticed my presence, laughed then proceeded to the rear of the establishment. I drove off.

I’ve been here several times and every time I’ve waiting 15+ minutes in the drive through, this most recent time waiting over an hour. Throughout the hour, they asked me to pull forward while i wait. about 20 minutes in they brought a large fry to me out of my order and then left me to wait for the rest. I only spent about 5 minutes in line before I spent the rest pulled forward waiting. All of this was after I paid. I ended up pulling back through the drive through lane to get my order

I’ve never had a problem, quick service, food was exactly as expected. Polite staff. They opened on the day when a hurricane was expected that night and most other businesses closed. They didn’t have to, I would give them extra stars if I could.

I went yesterday night around 8:30 to get two hot n spicy I had the buy one get one free redeem on the top of the Receipt and I usually always give them the code at the window because you have to verify if the numbers are correct but CHERYL got very upset when I came to the window and said I should have given it to her at the speaker but I told her that’s not how the other manger did she then said “ I’m not the other manager and I don’t have time for this “ I mean just an ugly personality to match her it’s ridiculous every time I come up there she always has an attitude .

This particular location gets the job done quickly and precisely no matter how busy the restaurant gets. There is a highschool and a senior living center directly across the street from this particular McDonald’s. Therefore, this location gets really busy in the afternoon. No matter how busy it gets, the food and service is always professional and A-1. Just for the record, I visit this McDonald’s at least 3 times a week. Great service, literally, every single time I visit.
