Worst service ever!! Placed a mobile order around 8:25 and was denied service and the employees were said to be cleaning up now I have to wait on a card refund horrible service

I walked in at 8:33 and the worker told me she could not make any more sandwiches and that they were closed. The other worker told her she still had to make it since it was before closing time but the cook said she only had certain things that she could make and that she’d already been cleaning. I am writing this review from Firehouse Subs across the street at 8:47 where they served me with impeccable service.

Jersey Mike’s, Oxford Exchange, Oxford, Al.— We have many times ordered our favorite sandwiches from this location. My husband likes the turkey club, mine is the Philly Cheese. We got the sandwiches home. Had company with us so 2ea. Philly Cheese and one turkey club total $58.00 + change!!! We are retired and don’t eat out often because of the current EXTRAVAGANT prices today!!
Both the Philly Cheese had only a sparse amount of steak in middle of bun with melted cheese on top in also sparse amount…NOT the first piece of peppers or onions!!! The turkey club also had very small amounts of toppings!!! Time before this the same thing, but more than what we got yesterday evenings sandwiches!!!

I got the turkey sub! You get like a pound or more of juicy smoked turkey breast, provolone cheese and the best tomatoes I’ve found in “fast food”. I’ve also had the cheese steak and turkey club. The apple wood bacon and huge amounts of amazing roast beef is FABULOUS!!! I was greatly impressed on the quality and quantity of food you get for your money. They’re a $1-2 more than other similar chains but nobody can beat their food!! You definitely get your money and taste buds worth!!!! Need to check them out!!! You’ll be glad you did!! (4/5)I just received my online order. It arrived exactly when promised and the quality is as great as before!! Everything fresh, moist, just delicious!!!

Went to jersey mikes today after leaving “the other “ place I went to. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and the young lady that took my order was very polite and helpful. The young man that fixed my order was very polite as well and helpful and made my sandwich just like I asked. I ordered the #43 add bacon mayo lettuce tomato and banana peppers on Parmesan rosemary bread toasted. It was absolutely delicious. Amazing even. If I had ten hands they would all have a thumbs up. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE.

09/27/2021 @ 12:28 pm. Came in at 11:37 am and still waiting. Service very slow. Orders were wrong. Cashier sat in a chair and never got up. Ran out of steak during lunch! People waiting for call in orders for over 30 minutes! No sign of supervision present. Very bad place to go for lunch.
