This is the best it’s gona get for a little town. It’s so much fun. It’s tiny but you have 2 rooms with 2 very different vibes. Live music or a club scene w pole dancing lol. We went there every single night we stayed in vail. We pregame at a bar , then head to Bridge Street bar.
Bartenders were nice. Door guy saw so many days that he stopped charging us $10 to get in.
We bought bottles one night. We had a blast.
Bartenders are not trained very well on Customer Service, Pour-Count (Every drinks I had was a different pour count which could be saving or costing the business money), or anything remotely close to being a good bartender. Maybe it was just the night, but I felt more like a nuisance than a wanted customer.
I’m never one to wave down a bartender, I observe and saw they were pretty busy and will always be patient with that. But, when they lose there patience just looking at a customer, I’ll spend money elsewhere.
Check out all the reviews, they never reply to good or bad reviews and could probably care less.
They have two music rooms one DJ (Stripper pole inside) and one live. Great drink prices and great staff!
Brought my wedding guests here after my wedding and it was the best time ever! I reached out to see if they would be open that night which they typically weren’t but they opened up which we are super appreciative of! So much fun, all of my out of town family and friends loved this place! Thanks so much Bridge Street!
Very insistent that I just came through the emergency entrance, which by the way has a big sign that says will alarm if opened. I explained to him I was standing there trying to get out of the crowd. His response was okay have a good night. At that point I’m pretty flustered as this bartender is about a foot taller and strong that me. I told him calmly that hey its really not okay to grab people. There are easily other ways that could have been handled. All I was met was “I didn’t pull you hard” and “that’s what we have to do to get people attention”.
I wanted to bring this to light as your bartenders lack manners as a lot of people on here have said and need more training in high crowd high stress situations clearly.
