We’ve eaten here twice in the past month to this stylish hot spot in downtown excelsior. We love the chic atmosphere and the servers are VERY friendly and attentive. We’ve visited with another couple on each visit.

I enjoyed the Mirabell Old Fashiond drink on both visits and my wife appreciates the lengthy list of wines by the glass. We’ve tried a bunch of things and were particularly fond of the crab cake (appetizer but my wife had it on both visits as her main) and the cheese curds with the yummy dill dipping sauce. Of course, popovers are a stand out as well and come three to an order but you can always have them sell you a 4th.

On our most recent visit we tried the sunday night special – fried chicken. Since this restaurant group now owns the secret recipes from Revival (and will soon be starting up a food truck), they are missing out on a BIG revenue opportunity. The sunday chicken was good – but there would be lines out the door if it was the Revival recipe – hint, hint.

the Crab stuffed walleye was interesting (sort of roulade preparation) and very light on my first visit. If you are there on a wednesday, the Lasagne is HUGE and that night’s special.

The large caesar salad was enough for 3-4 people to share so keep that in mind.

will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mirabelle. Service was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door. Our Server, Devin, did a fantastic job across the board including curating the menu and answering any questions we had. The rest of the team also stepped in throughout the night to ensure the service was next level. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, despite the fact that they were extremely busy. We spent 2 hours at dinner and enjoyed every second of it.

The food was fantastic from the starters to the drinks and rounding the night out with the deserts, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend the spaghetti and the carrot cake may very well have been the knock out punch!

Very excited to see such a warm and classically styled restaurant coming to Excelsior. We’ll be back!

We had such a memorable evening at Mirabelle in Excelsior. We arrived on the earlier side of the evening, around 5 p.m., which I assume beats the rush. The golden sunlight outside gave way to a warm, moody glow inside that instantly slowed the pace and set a relaxing tone. The space is beautiful and cozy, blending modern supper club style with the history of the old Jake O’Connor’s and Bull & Wren building.

Our server Zamaria was wonderful, attentive, friendly, and genuinely fun. She even gave us a little walk-through of the restaurant, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming.

We tried the beer cheese soup, crab cakes, smoked trout dip, the famous Parlour Burger, and bucatini with imported noodles. Every dish was excellent, with balanced flavors and a clear sense of care in how everything was prepared. My daughter Benedetta really enjoyed all of the food as well, and she shared her own thoughts about the experience in our YouTube video.

What is really interesting about this spot is how Jester Concepts turned one historic building into three experiences: Mirabelle on the main level, Parlour Bar downstairs, and Shiki, a hidden ramen bar tucked behind a secret door. The whole concept adds so much energy to downtown Excelsior and the Lake Minnetonka dining scene.

If you love exploring local restaurants, look up RealTalkGeo Mirabelle Excelsior on YouTube to see our full visit. Highly recommend Mirabelle for anyone looking for great food, genuine service, and that cozy supper club vibe done right.

A happy and thankful neighbor in Excelsior,

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. Such a great atmosphere with timeless style. A true gem for Excelsior. Our Sever, Devin, went above and beyond to make the night a great experience.

We enjoyed the Mirabelle Old Fashioned as well as the Manhattan. Wow. Both did not disappoint.

The food came out quickly, but was also timed very well between courses. The T-bone was perfectly cooked, the mushrooms were delicious, and the caesar had just the right amount of dressing. Loved it.

Pair the carrot cake with the sundae and your only regret will be walking out too full. We can’t wait to come back!

Really like Mirabelle and its a perfect fit for downtown Excelsior. Layout is nice and classy and is a big upgrade over Bull and Wren that was there before. Its key to have some nicer places closer to the water too. Vibe was on point. Food was great. Parlour burger was awesome (first time having it) and spaghetti was really good too. Nice selection of beers with some good hazy ipas. Will be back.

A great new spot in downtown excelsior by Jesture concepts! Chic and inviting interior, supper club style menu with daily specials, and great wait staff. The menu has great variety – salads, pasta, steaks, pork chop, chicken/fish. We ordered the filet, steak frites and the apple butter pork chop, all of which were really good. The steak frites was the best we have ever had! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

With perfect blend of elegance and comfort, Mirabelle always offers an extraordinary dining experience. The seasonal menu is crafted beautifully with lots of great options. My server Calvin was excellent, attentive and friendly without being intrusive. One of the managers Kyle was extremely helpful and kind in making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you’re here for a special occasion or a casual meal, Mirabelle never disappoints!

We arrived with an 8pm reservation opening night, and our table was ready on arrival.

We got a very private booth where we cuddled up with the menu.

We ordered Pinot Noir to start, and shortly thereafter, a bread basket with whipped butter arrived. The soft bread had a nice crust–and the butter was creamy!

Next, our soups arrived. We ordered a cup of each soup: Chicken Wild Rice and Beer Cheese. We enjoyed the beer cheese–it had bacon and popcorn. However, the Chicken Wild Rice was the winner. So delicious. We loved the sage in there.

For entrees we ordered the French Dip sandwich and Buffalo Chicken wings with Garlic Mashed Potatoes (as they were out of the daily special: Meatloaf).

The wings come with blue cheese and pickled celery slices. They were excellently crispy and not too spicy! The French Dip was succulent and the bread was soft. The garlic mashed potatoes were almost creamed and decadent.

We finished with cocktails: AUNTIE’S ICED LATTE and ROOT BEER BARREL NEGRONI. I loved the Iced Latte cocktail. I didn’t get a taste of the root beer barrel. But it looked good!

Lastly, we received an Old Fashioned–it was amazing!

The service was wonderful. Our server, Meghann, was extra special. The atmosphere and ambiance was pleasant–Jazz music and classy decor. We loved our time here Can’t wait to return!

Ps. Wish I had gotten a pic of the bar—so cute!!!

We tried Mirabelle the first weekend it opened and even though they were still working out a few first week kinks we had an amazing experience. Our server Devin was kind, attentive, and kept us updated on our food every step of the way.

Drinks: we ordered the Ringo Starr, Auntie’s Iced Latte, and a sparkling rosé and they were all great.
Starters: we had popovers, cheese curds, and a Caesar salad which were perfect for sharing.
Entrees: we ordered the stuffed manicotti, ravioli, and the French dip although the French dip is probably the only thing we would skip next time.
Dessert: we had the carrot cake which is an absolute must order.

Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top notch. I definitely recommend checking out Mirabelle.
