This is a bottom of the barrel Subway. The owner and store always seems to be in disarray and half the menu items weren’t available multiple times that I’ve been here especially during hours when it’s not lunch or dinner time for most people.
Tonight I stopped in for dinner and had to walk out because they only had one type of bread available. I have been here three times and all three times the experience was negative in some way. Stale bread, a long wait due to understaffing, few menu items available, etc.
It almost seems at times like they don’t want your business. I will not be returning here and only came to this location because it’s a close drive.

Beware, I definitely would not recommend this subway.I walk in this store at 8:30 pm 30 minutes before they close. It was the worst Possible service i received in a long time. Ironically the person who i received the service from later identified herself as the manager. Who refused to give me her name because said she didn’t have to. And didn’t have a name tags on. Just disgusting !She was very unprofessional and rude. Kept staring at the clock rushing me when they had a whole thirty minutes left to close. As I placed my order She began to slap my meat on the bread, as if she was Irritated that I was placeing a order. As she starts to prepare the doritos bowl she put a 1/2 of pack of Doritos in a twelve inch container I asked was that standard and she said yes Per corporate,very snippy said If you don’t want it I’ll throw it away. I replied they don’t even give you a full bag And she slammed my nachos in the garbage. I asked her for her name she refused,And proceeded to tell her co workers to go in the back and wash some dishes. She was very rude and started to get very loud with me extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this subway Save your money.she need to be fired. If you’re not good with customer service don’t work in a fast food place.

Double charged me, then made wrong sandwich with some gross unknown mystery sauce she assured was the teriyaki sauce – it wasn’t. And then blamed me for not letting her toast it.
Two employees claimed they didn’t know how to refund due to a manager not being on shift and begged me to come back in a few days. Unacceptable..
Still waiting for the refund and I am astonished a learn no manager is there on a daily basis for a food operation such as subway. One lady was nice -Mena .. the other girl was snotty and just rude.
I wouldn’t go to this establishment especially if it’s being ran with no leadership.

This was only my second time goiing there and both times my bread was crunchy. Crunchy like not fresh bread and i feel like the bread is important when picking your choice of restaurant to get the sub i.e. Jimmy johns Cousins etc.
Subway bread is usually soft even after being toasted.
Also my second time getting their chocolate chip cookies and both times they were crunchy and hard.
Subway cookies are never crunchy. I prefer the Subway on 89th and Burleigh.
