Pizza used to be good here. Last two attempts, huge turn off. First time it didn’t even taste like a Papa John’s Pizza. Wrong spices? Old cheese idk what was going on. But it was a Papa dough pizza. Coincidence Last one was a make up from that one. This time it was dry and again the ingredients didn’t taste fresh. I won’t be back for awhile

Ordered a ‘the works pizza’, and they made the crust to big and used as little cheese as possible on top. I guess they are trying to save money by putting less cheese, and result is crust that is super thick, pizza won’t taste as good, and topics are all smooshed in smaller cheese covered area, which degrades the taste. Won’t be returning to this location.

The worst Papa John’s ever, while the pizza was good the boneless wings were chicken nuggets with sauce drizzled on them. I called to complain spoke with Manager who do nothing but repeat my order back to me, not addressing my complaint of receiving chicken nuggets drizzled in sauce as oppose to boneless wings. File a complaint with Corporate over a week ago and to date I have not received a callback.

I placed an order online for what I thought was my Papa John’s in North Wilmington. I placed it for Brookhaven. After waiting at the North Wilmington location for 30 mins (they were really busy and short staffed), I realized my order went to Brookhaven. I called Brookhaven and explained what happened and that I would be there in 20 mins. When I arrived, I was greeted by Willis as soon as I walked in the door. He told me that he felt bad after speaking with me and made us a fresh pizza and Oreo bites. We live in a time where people don’t go the extra mile for customers anymore so I was really surprised when Willis did just that. Thank you Willis for providing exceptional customer service.

Horrible customer service!!! Bread was made terrible and I asked them to remake the breadsticks and I was rudely told 1st-“that’s how there made now” 2nd- “the bread didn’t proof” and then “we’ll the only thing I can do for you is return it” I ordered from the ridley location leaving here and got normal breadsticks. This isn’t the first time either, last time we ordered it happened I returned and simply asked if they could be remade and they apologized and remade them, with a smile and apologized again as I was leaving. The worst part was the rudeness of the women!

Ordered large garlic stuffed crust and small plain pizza delivered. Ordered because everything else was closed. The phone transaction and payment was very awkward.
Told 62 minutes and 20 minutes later get a text from door dash saying it was delivered. They left on wet steps an rolled.
I couldn’t see why the order was $40 but guess Door Dash got nice chunk.
Garlic stuffed crust was very wide and burnt. The garlic sauce wasn’t helping it.
Crust on small plain also l burnt.
Food wasn’t close enough to say anything good about it. Should have stopped at Wawa.

Tried to order online but wouldn’t accept my address. So I called and was transferred to a call center (they are around the corner from me) then transferred to another call center. Then they could not get my address correct – they kept saying the wrong (but different each time) city no matter how many times I spelled it out. It took almost 15 min to put the order in. Status says “on its way” for the last half hour, and I’m not confident in this.

This papa John’s has always treated me right, customer service is good and the food that they make is top quality. There was an incident I experienced from a secondary delivery service where the driver ran away with my order… I called in the same night and they gave me a fresh order free of charge and refunded my payment. In all other cases delivery drivers from Papa John’s have been polite and professional. 5 stars in my opinion who could ask for more? I cant speak for other reviews but I’ve hardly ever had trouble with these folks in the past and I order fairly often.
