I went with my coworkers who’ve dined there before. Usually they don’t recommend places but goodness were they RAVING about this one. I went in with my hopes low being that I’ve grown up around Italian’s my whole life since I lived in Jersey. But was I completely taken aback.. I had calamari, Cesar salad, penne ala vodka with a side of risoto and goodness was I blown away. Easily one of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had. For dessert I ordered house made tiramisu and it was to die for… I’m already asking them to go back!!! For the quality it is WELLLLL worth the price. If you dine here you’ll absolutely love every second. It felt like a real family meal.

The best Italian food I’ve had since visiting Italy! I was on vacation in Indian Rocks and ended up eating here twice—that’s how good it was. The Alfresco Pizza was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had: incredibly fresh with a perfectly tasty crust. The bread was so good, and the Penne San Remo was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious… ohh and the tiramisu…. !!!! So good and beautiful presentation!
The atmosphere was cozy and charming, making the whole experience even better, cute little bar area! If I lived in the area and was craving authentic Italian food, this would be my go-to spot without question. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I found this place by chance tonight and it turned out to be a fantastic surprise. The mussels in the white wine sauce were some of the best I’ve ever had. The Tuscan chicken was outstanding, and the pork chop with Gorgonzola was just as impressive. The prices were very reasonable, the portions were generous, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

The cheese melted beautifully, and every bite had a rich, fresh flavor that made it impossible to stop eating. Along with it, the appetizer was just as impressive — warm, crunchy, and full of flavor. Together, they made the perfect meal: the appetizer opened the appetite, and the pizza completed the experience with comfort and taste. 5 stars after the bread, oil, and salad with the house dressing! We had the chicken marsala, chicken parmesan, chicken tuscany, and the salmon tuscany. Every portion was wonderfully plated, and absolutely delicious. We ate each other’s food because it was so incredible we wanted to sample it all. If you are looking for true Italian food, amazing hospitality, and smells that make your mouth water, this is the place. You’ll feel like you are home.

I heard the Tuscan’s food was delicious from a few friends. I tried it myself. IT’S SO GOOD! The simple salad, tortellini bolognese, & risotto to-go… all flavorful & fresh. I had extra & ate it the next day. Still delicious.

Tuscan restaurant is not pizzeria food. This is authentic Italian at its finest! The chef is friendly and catering to any special requests. His wife is super friendly and makes you feel like you’re dining at their home. Tuscan is delicious, clean reasonably priced!!

If you’re craving something warm, cheesy, and comforting — this place hits the spot! The pizza came out hot with a soft crust and that perfect stretch of mozzarella. We tried shrimp white pizza and Meat lovers and it was delicious full of flavor — you could actually taste the fresh tomato sauce, not just oil and cheese.
The pasta? Amazing. We had Sachetti , and it was creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they care about what they serve.
