After seeing the White Plains location pop up and then noticing this one all over Instagram, I figured it was time. Stamford does not have many smash burger spots, so I really wanted this to hit. Unfortunately, it was just okay. To be fair, they just opened on Thursday, so there is room to improve.
I ordered online for pickup. The space itself is very nice. Bright, clean, spacious, and laid out with an arcade theme complete with machines inside. Mo greeted me when I walked in. He was friendly, helpful, and had my order ready to go.
I got home quickly, about five minutes from pickup, so roughly ten minutes from when it was marked ready to when I started eating. Everything was cold.
I ordered the Spicy Mash with sautéed onions, subbed American cheese, no hot honey, and added smoked beef bacon, which was an extra $3.12. It had potential, but they still added hot honey and the bacon was fatty and chewy, which made the add on feel even less worth it. I also tried the OKC Fried Onion Mash with shaved grilled onions, American, pickles, and mash sauce. This was the better of the two burgers with solid flavor and balance, but again, it was cold.
The crispy shoestring fries were also a little cold and tasted like the box they came in, which was disappointing. For dessert, I tried the banana pudding. It was good, but small for the price at around eight dollars. The Oreo pudding was very good too, just very sweet and again felt overpriced for the portion size.
Final thoughts, I am hoping this was just an off night. They have not even been open a week, so I am willing to give them another shot. Parking can also be tough, especially during lunch or busy daytime hours.
I really want this spot to succeed. Right now, it is a three star experience with potential.

Visited Mashed Burgers on their opening weekend and so impressed at how well trained the staff was! No hiccups and food was made in a timely manner. Everything we tried was delicious, from the smashburgers to the Nashville hot chicken. Even the milkshakes impressed us because they weren’t artificial or overwhelmingly thick, with no issue going up the straws. My husband was able to handle their insanity heat level on the chicken tenders, and we liked the flavor of the breading a lot. The shoestring fries were very good, and they didn’t skimp on any toppings! Tasty mac and cheese and banana pudding too. Fun urban aesthetic and loved the animation style on the menu. Great option for fast casual dine in or easy takeout!

Food was really good had a 4 Patty Burger for the first time in my life genuinely would give more stars if i could and the quality of the fries are actually nice compared to most other places 10/10 would come back and try again. Service really nice as well workers making genuine conversation doesn’t feel forced and stuff of that nature. This place is gonna be seeing me again for sure
