Last time we will visit this location. For 1 as we walked in i stood at pick up counter while they guy with the long pony tail (not covered) ignored me. He was making another order when he finished and cleaned up then asks did you have a pick up. I said yes and he hands me my sandwich that was probably sitting there before i even walked in. My husband said so its been ready the entire time? He said all you have to do is tell us. Well we were totally ignored at the pick up. We stood for a while by the tables then finally sat down. He definitely saw us there from the start. Maybe if he acknowledged us when we walked in like every other Firehouse does we would have a warm sandwich. Also there was a female behind the counter coughing like crazy not a little clear your throat cough but a full on im sick cough with no mask on. The dining area was dirty and the guy with the ponytail was very rude. Its not just the wait it was the disrespect of not even acknowledging us.

Great place for a good sandwich. Super nice employees, my only complaint is the Coca-Cola machine produces the worst tasting Diet Coke ever! It’s been like this since it opened so doubt it is a problem with an employee. Its a machine problem so I have to get another drink like Dr. Pepper but that is a lot of sugar! Anyhow great sandwiches!

I got a sandwich here 2 weeks ago and the cucumbers tasted like they were soaked in some sort of chemical. I got food poisoning for 2 days and when I made the manager of the store aware of this, they agreed that the cucumbers had something wrong with them and took them off the menu. However, they did absolutely NOTHING to make the situation right. I have contacted corporate multiple times and they kept saying the store manager or owner would call me and after 2 weeks now they haven’t. I’ve given them plenty of time to make this right before leaving a bad review. I’m a loyal repeat customer and love going here but this negative experience has made me not want to go back to this location. I had to take 2 days off of work because of the food poisoning and they won’t even refund the money from my order, which is the bare minimum. Very frustrating

I normally get my food to go, and it’s always great, and I love the service, and what they stand for, but sometimes they forget my pickle slice, however, today they gave me two pickle slices, and I have to thank them and sm:)e. This place is awesome!

One of the best restaurants for tasty subs! Not as cheap as the other big chain but for the price, the food is much much better. The workers at this location are polite and efficient so get you in and out quickly for carryout. The dining area is a little cramped due to the size of the operation but is manageable for most customers.

The local chamber of commerce that I am a proud member of orders from here weekly. Today I called and spoke with a young man named Will and he was so friendly and helped me with a large order that I needed at the last minute. He was patient and took time to explain what my options were and gave realistic time frames. I will certainly remember the kindness I was shown today by referring others to their catering services.
