Five-Star Service at Dunkin’!
About a month ago we had an unexpected breakdown near this Dunkin’, and Dalton and Eiley absolutely went above and beyond to take care of us. They didn’t just serve great coffee—they shared helpful info about the area and pointed us toward places in town that could assist. Their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier.

The Manager “Sierra” is the worst manager I have ever seen at a restaurant. I think she doesn’t realize how rude and degrading she is to her staff. She speaks down to them like they are idiots and it is sad to see as a customer. I have been to many Dunkin in my time and have never heard someone speak to people with such disdain. She is clearly in the wrong position! They need a good manager who knows how to treat people. I feel sorry for her staff. I would never work there! 🙁

Very friendly and professional. The new updates are great to the atmosphere. One of the staff explained the new setup is only available in a few places to test how it does. Check it out and see what you think. However, I still like the egg, sausage, cheese on English muffin from McDonald’s better. But still come here for their coffee and other drinks.

If you like burnt bagels then order here. Both bagels were blackened, not “toasted”. We’re traveling so we didn’t think to check the bag for correct doneness before we’d pulled away from the drive-through for a bit.

The nicest dunks I’ve been in but service is awful. I was the only in store person. I was ignored. You have to use the automated machines and they just ignore you. All 3 young women had on headphones. But they could see me. 2
Not safe and 2. Not at all good customer service. When my two medium hot coffees with almond milk were done. We got two black coffees. It’s 50 cents more for non dairy milk. Obviously none of them looked up.
