The downside, is that they’re still very very new and haven’t yet perfected their process. My husband and son ordered burgers that they said were too much on the salty side, and the price to quality and quantity just wasn’t there. The upsides, were delicious fries, curly fries, sauces, chicken sandwich, excellent service, atmosphere, and definite friendliness, all of which were greatly appreciated. I believe this will be our go to burger place once they work out the kinks.

Unexpectedly ended up here for dinner and what an awesome surprise! The burgers–“smash style”– are fantastic! We had a bacon burger, blue burger and swiss burger. We also tried the curly fries, tots and regular fries. Curly fries were the clear winner, especially when paired with the fry sauce! I had tomato and lettuce added to my swiss burger and while it was a handful to eat and required about an entire package of napkins, it was deeelicious!! I plan to drive here again just for lunch or dinner, and bring my family, even though it is about 38 miles from home. Worth it!
The indoor seating area seats about 16 but there is also nice outdoor seating available. The restaurant is very clean, you are able to see the cooks in action, and the bathroom is also nice. Cute decor and a very friendly staff.
Worth noting: this is not fast food. If that is your expectation, you should hit the Subway or DQ in town. Good food in a small restaurant takes time. You may get your burgers one at a time when with a group, but trust me when I say you will be glad you took the time.

Amazing service! The fry sauce and jalapeño ranch is to die for! 🙂 the cook is super friendly and makes the most mouth watering cheese melting goodness I subbed the fry’s for onion rings which DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS, they’re so bomb I’d come back just for the o-rings 🙂 the burger we got a classic with veggie patty sub Swiss cheese add mushroom, would recommend 100/10 the people are just as happy as the food! Definitely an establishment worthy of 5 stars and worthy of its name 🙂 the food was so good I forgot to take a picture the foods aroma was too tempting and there was no time to waste! Try it out for yourself 😉

Great little eatery. First, you just have to love the name. Upon entry you find a comfortable, nostalgic dining area with a very friendly staff. While ordering and waiting, we enjoyed a great 80’s playlist, some wall photos that take one back to a 61 Corvette, Friends, Lucy, Fonzie, Forest Gump, James Dean, and good ol’ Bob Ross on the TV.
All in all, it’s a bright and cozy place, that includes old fashion bendy straws, individually crafted burgers or other goodies as well as a nice number of sides. We enjoyed the Bacon Burger and a “Spicy” Jalapeno Burger, which included a generous side of nummy, rightly crispy fries for a very reasonable price.
The shop offers dine-in, take-out or call ahead pick up.

I got the Frenchy burger and it was pretty amazing! I loved the auju that came with it. They also have a whole bunch of fun sauces to dip your fries in. Fabulous customer service and great burgers will keep me coming back.

I would give this place more stars if i could. It was AMAZING!! The food came hot, there were so many burger options it was hard not to choose one of everything. It came ready for a to go option in a bag but also had tables for dine-in availability. The whole place was clean, good music and a great environment to relax while you enjoy good food. Keep an eye out for this place when youre on your way to or from the mountain. I cant say enough good things

Excellent for a Meal on the road.
We stopped by for lunch and the Burgers were amazing. Really fresh and and balanced taste, juicy patty and soft but sturdy buns. Fries come included.

Gen X kitch made me feel strangely at home, don’t miss the bobble head collection up on a shelf in the kitchen. Solicitous and friendly service, interesting menu choices, very clean restroom and dining area.
The Popper Burger i ordered came out hot enough to remove skin, so I tucked into the Macaroni Salad first, which was delightfully cold, creamy, sweet taste of honey and herbs on long curly pasta, fantastic.
The Popper Burger with sweet chili aoli woke emotions in me I hadn’t felt in years, took me a couple days to sort it out. It was the feeling of the first time with a partner who does all the things your ex wouldn’t do. Sensory delight and gratitude mixed with profound satisfaction and some shame, but no regrets.
