Let me first say that I’ve never ordered from Marco’s before. I told my household it was a pizza night. I was excited to try Marco’s since it was new to the city and very close to my home. I placed my order online. I was very surprised at the quick turnaround. I arrived and I was checking my order before leaving. I was so impressed how the pizza looked. I didn’t even realize one of my pizzas was missing a topping until I got home, and it was pointed out. I called back, and the manager fixed it. Anyhoo, the pizza tasted great. We had two orders of wings, and there were no complaints there either. Needless to say, we will become regular customers. I love the fact that they are so close. Much needed in the area.

Order boneless wing special. Receive a call from manager telling me they are out of boneless. He said they they will just send bone-in as a replacement. Awesome all good… nope, sent small nuggets of crust.. what happen marcos?.. called store, manager just says that he was sorry and got quiet.. thanks the only thing that was bone-in was me..

FINALLY!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BESTTTT PIZZA IN THE DFW AREA, BETTER THAN DELUCCA’S (GOURMET PIZZA) .. MY BF AND I ATE THE PIZZA IN FRONT OF THE STORE.. IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD I HAD TO GO BACK IN AND COMMEMD JOSHUA ON THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THANKED HIM FOR COOKING THE BEST PEPPORONI PIZZA IVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. This was a good treat. We weren’t sure how this would be, but we were surprised with amount of selection. Everything was cooked within 15 min which is very fast. The wings tasted very good. The chicken is baked & then coated with a sauce. The pizzas were really flavorful & we can’t wait to try some more. There’s no dine in.

I regret to say that my recent experiences with this location have been disappointing. When the establishment first opened, the quality of the pizza was exceptional. However, my last three orders have fallen significantly short of expectations.
I requested double garlic sauce on the pizza crust, but there was no trace of it. The pizza was extremely dry, with a crust resembling a saltine cracker. Unfortunately, it was not edible.
The consistent decline in quality over my past three orders has led me to decide that I will not be returning. As the saying goes, “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.” In this case, it took three instances for me to reach this conclusion.

The staff were very friendly. New pizza place in Mesquite TX and y’all should go by and show your support. Great pizza, wings, salads and pizzoli. I have tasted them all. Great experience, great taste! Thank you all.

Update 05/05/2025 received a dry burnt cauliflower pizza with little to no ingredients on the pizza. Are you guys under new management. This is ridiculous I had to wait another 20 minutes for the pizza to remade. Also the guy gave me white sauce to put on the pizza and I requested double at the time I ordered it. Do better!

I ordered a pizza and some wings on Sunday Dec 10th. It was delivered and I took a bite of my 2nd slice of pizza and lo and behold, there was a piece of hair in the pizza. I called the location immediately and was told I would get a refund. Well, as of today still no refund. I will NOT be going back since they apparently don’t wear hair nets. I threw everything in the trash.

I was shocked to discover that the Cedar Hill location does not maintain the quality of their pizza. When I received my order, the pizza was hot, dry, and hard. I returned it an hour later, but they refused to remake it because too much time had passed. I had guests at my home and wanted to treat them to some Marco’s Pizza, which my husband and I had really enjoyed in the past.
My sister-in-law and I had only eaten two slices from two of the boxes when I asked her if the pizza was dry and hard. She confirmed my observation. When I returned the pizzas, I was met with a frustrating attitude. No more Marcos from cedar hill.
