Drinks and atmosphere on the patio/balcony are great. It is priced for tourists, which is pretty expensive for those of us who are local. Offering food would make this place much more dynamic. I got the sense service is still being figured out. They were friendly but didn’t check on us or bring us our bill after an hour.

I did not rate the food because when I went, there wasn’t food offered; however, I would love to be able to eat up there. I think the prices are high compared to other local favorites. It seems to be priced more for tourists staying at the hotel. The service was quite slow the night I was there; however, when I return, I will update my review if that is different the next time.
