Burger under-smashed but juicy. Chef needs more anger and nicotine in their heart. Cannot believe I am saying it, but the chicken was aggressively over seasoned. Otherwise speedy and tasty.

Even after seeing all the negative reviews I decided to give them a try. I told the gentleman behind the counter that this was my first time coming in and he was very nice and recommended the honey BBQ sauce so I ordered a 6 piece boneless wings and potato wedges. The boneless wings were decent even though they were more like nuggets. I did however thoroughly enjoy the potato wedges which had a nice seasoning on them.

My wife and I ordered some wings from here and where her order was correct, my order was very underwhelming and wrong. They forgot my fries, what they count as a boneless wing is a little sad as some of mine were just bread crumbs, they were barely room temp by the time I got home which is a two minute drive, and almost no sauce. You can’t get them on their phone as it is constantly busy, and they don’t bother answering. Meanwhile, no one was in front to take any questions. I understand when a restaurant is busy, but it’s the basics that I expect when I spend $50 on a meal.

We did pickup. And it was very easy to find our order. The food was made right and tastes phenomenal. I’ve been craving their wings for months and now I finally have an easy way to get them.

We visited this establishment for a rare take out experience. Spent $20 on one meal and upon arriving home with this take out, it wasn’t what I ordered. We were the only people there ordering so it’s not like they were overwhelmed with orders. I could have spent that $20 buying real food at the grocery which would have covered a few meals. Most people don’t have money to throw out to careless establishments. Also annoying is when employee’s first question is whats your phone number and name. Rather than explain, I said I don’t have a phone which seemed irritating to this person. I didn’t go there to give my personal info so I could be inundated with spam texts. I won’t be going there again. Until establishments begin providing better service, I’m not spending any money there, especially at the ridiculous prices they charge.

I don’t normally give out five stars because nothing is ever perfect and maybe next time will be a four star but for this particular service I’ll rate it a five. They were doing the all you can eat bone in chicken wings for $24.99. Xavier is the manager and he’s been with the company a long time and is knowledgeable, professional and has really good customer service. He interacts with the customers like a real human being which is rare. The other two staff on were very nice as well. A good staff makes a good business. Sadly, the all you can eat wings are now gone, it’s a sad day, but was a very good promotion for the time it stayed.
This particular restaurant is not a “real” restaurant. It’s a to go restaurant. However, surprisingly there IS actual seating in the building which we weren’t aware of before. The chairs aren’t the greatest, that was my only nitpick from this experience, but they have about ten tables to sit at, first come first serve. There is no napkins or condiments on the table but they will bring you it. They brought our food to the table, I’m unsure if they consistently do that but for that day they did. You don’t tip at the table, tipping is optional when you order your food at the register and pay for it. They accept debit/credit and cash, no ATM. the decor is mediocre but that didn’t matter to us. The bathroom was clean but it was when they first opened and we were the first customers. The only scenery you have is cars driving past you as you shovel food in your mouth, they watch you, you watch them but who cares, the food is delicious!
I would call first and see if they are wheelchair friendly. I honestly don’t know, the room isn’t very big but there might be room enough if you move a couple tables around. Kids will love this place because everyone loves chicken. Prices aren’t terrible, they are the same price range for any of their restaurants. Food is amazing. They have TONS of choices on flavors to add to your chicken. They have bottles you can purchase as well, they are inexpensive per bottle. Parking isn’t the greatest but that isn’t the staff’s fault. I should also add that for the all you can eat chicken you were able to have all you can eat fries or whatever side you had as well. The deal is gone now but hopefully it will return one day. They do bogo on Thursdays as well too. Definitely recommend this location.
Overall, 5 stars! <3

Not only is it not a full BWs, they don’t even have the full menu that the other’GO’s have. 3 burgers and 6 sandwiches… all of which are the same base with an added condiment to ‘change’ the whole sandwich.
If you’re from here and never traveled it’s probably a good option.
If you’ve EVER been to a real BW, this place will just piss you right off!!
I reviewed your business including the issues that make it a low rating. Your response is to have me go to your website and submit it all again?? You have some serious audacity!

Wings were perfect! sauce was perfect! the right amount! Wedges could’ve been a little more for the large, but overall good to go!

To the young man at the check-out tonight when you asked just the chicken I thought you wanted to know if my wings was all I wanted. . . I got home no celery no ranch no bleu cheese. . .I expected these items were an automatic when ordering wings

For anyone that says this place is worth more than 2 stars probably represents the business not the customers. Food was very disappointing for the price and probably would have made more sense to go to McDonald’s for the price i paid. Not happy about paying so much for boneless wings that are smaller than a McNugget.
