This place is a hidden gem. We love the atmosphere and staff. The owner m, Sal, is also the Sommelier and he is extremely knowledgeable and engaged. The food is excellent and flavorful. I took a champagne class here and was so impressed! I learned a lot and tried some fantastic pairings. This is a great date spot. Very romantic ambiance without being stuffy.

I was a little confused as to when their kitchen was open at either 4:30 or 5p, but the website indicated 5p. I arrived a few minutes before 5p so all was good with seating open. I ordered the Moscow Mule which was refreshing. My friend and I ordered the Brussel Sprouts to share and I ordered the Short ribs pasta dish. It was extremely tasty. There is a good variety of small dishes and larger plates. For dessert, I ordered the churros. Although I’m not a wine connoisseur I do appreciate places that offer the opportunity for tastings. Their menu also showed a good variety of beers as well. Enjoyed my meal and a nice ambience. It’s located in the Packing House area of Claremont. It can be a bit crowded, but there are 2 parking structures.

We are happy that we found this place and had a good time here. We love the cheese plates, although we are not really wine person. Our waitress was nice and gave us nice suggestions. They offer entrée regular meals too. Will try it next time.

It is a nice wine store and restaurant! I have been here several times, to try their delicious wines, they had for sale! They have a good selection of them. Furthermore, without wines, on weekends they do serve meals, most of them are burgers. However, there are other meals to choose from. The staff, working in this establishment, during my visits, were helpful, friendly, welcoming, and polite. Nevertheless, pricewise, this establishment is on the expensive side. So, I would only recommend a visit to this establishment, when discretionary funds are available! Still, I do not regret my visits to this store and restaurant!

They do wine tastings every weekend; and they do fill up quickly. If its a nice day, sit outside, but try to come before 4pm when it gets really busy. Parking is busy, its a whole marketplace so the other places are quite busy too. I will say that are light on the wine quantity but the quality of the wines they have are quite good. We also paired it with a cheese board and charcuterie.

Look no further for your next date night! The atmosphere, the service and most importantly the wines and the food were spectacular. We ordered the wine tasting special and paired it with steak Fritz and the special Mexican inspired pasta dish. Absolutely recommend the chorizo and cheese appetizer. If you’re lucky, the owner, Sal will greet you during your meal and make your day with a chat. Can’t wait to come back.

For a wine store with a restaurant they still charge a $15 per bottle corking fee. Our server was poorly attentive, not bringing enough appetizer plates for everyone at the table. She told me she had other customers to wait on and so she couldn’t attend to us. (We were seated and ready before the other guests were seated.) I certainly expect better customer service for the hefty-priced experience.

My favorite local hangout before I moved. Fantastic staff, great wine and beer, the fries are also a must. I want to give a shout-out to Will, Brooke, Julie and Rosa for always being kind, making great conversation and stellar recommendations.

What a gem! Visiting for work, I wanted to find a local wine bar/restaurant and they didn’t disappoint! Their wines are very well priced and the bacon wrapped dates are so good! Evie and her husband opened this quaint spot almost 15 years ago and are clearly just as involved as when they started.

I saw a beautiful couple get engaged, a couple celebrating their anniversary, and plenty of people just enjoying the evening.
