Ordering from this food truck as someone who has never had Colombian food before was a challenge. There isn’t a menu with descriptions of what you will get and how much it costs. There’s a few short food descriptions and pictures, but it’s not clear how to order or what you will receive for each item.
I stumbled through an order using my terrible grasp of Spanish, and the owner was very patient and guided me to a couple sampler options. I have no idea what I ordered or how much it cost, although I probably could have had the credit card terminal send me a receipt. Everything was fried and greasy – it tasted great but I would have liked to have a balance of fried and fresh or boiled foods.
I have seen this place get really busy at certain times, so I’m hopeful that they will be successful and have the resources to make their menu easier to understand for outsiders.

I am not a person to leave food reviews & I’m writing this before I even drive away from the parking lot!! Excellent food, above & beyond service!! went out of her way to make sure we were warm & gave us the extras from a previous order change up! will be back 100%

Ok so this is my second review of this place actually! And this time it went really well! The food was absolutely delicious, the empanadas are great! I highly recommend the Salpicón which is a beverage mix with small chunks of fruit… its delicious! Every dish is unique so any option you pick will not disappoint! So far in the state of Washington I would say this place is the best Colombian restaurant.
