I understand we are in price inflated times but dang 17$ for a 5 PIECE WITH RICE is RIDICULOUS. Then my rice had NO FLAVOR like I really was giving plain white rice no exaggeration yes I asked for no mixed vegetables only onions but where is the soy sauce and seasoning?? If the food was actually good I would be ok with paying 17$ I wish I could get a refund honestly. I WILL NOT BE BACK

This was my first time coming to this location and I will be returning! My wings were really good and the customer service was nice. I was able to order a few minutes before they were going to close so I appreciate them for not only taking my order but also making sure my food was good

My first time going to this location, I really enjoyed the wing combo. On my second visit 12-15-2025 was horrible. As I dined in about to eat my food, I observed the cook picking his nose and putting it on the counter. I observed him for about 5 min. A customer walks in and placed a order. The cook proceeded to go to the area to prepare the order. I immediately asked ” are you going to wash your hands”?. He then put on gloves and I said no, you need to wash your hands! I told him he was nasty! He said I’m sorry and finally washed his hands. I asked the cashier, can I speak to your manager. She walked off, came back and said he was busy on a call. I waited 25 minutes and the manager never came out. I will NEVER go back to this location. I know nasty things happens in food places but I observed it. Never, Ever will this place get my money or my family and friends!

I will never go to this location again. The wings are subpar. I was disappointed in the taste and to make things worse, the lady that was working at the counter at 11:30 AM on January 10 was the worst cashier ever. She was nasty and rude and acted as if she was doing me a favor by taking my order. Won’t be back.

I noticed this restaurant had recently opened and decided to give it a try. It was my worst decision ever, I experienced poor customer service. Upon entering, the staff was huddled in the back, noticing my entrance yet not acknowledging me. The cashier was more concerned with the phone call, finalizing her schedule and restocking straws again rather than acknowledging my presence. I place my order leaving to wait the 10 minutes she suggested, when I received my food the wings were not only overcooked & lacked seasoning & were cold the fries were cold and overcooked ( as my 2nd photo shows as this was the amount of I couldn’t eat) . To add insult to injury, they were an additional $1.50 as well as I had two Thin shavings of lamb. This was an overpriced, lackluster experience, and I won’t return, especially considering if it’s poor service & quality in the beginning, they have nowhere to go but continually down. My friend later mentioned noticing they are cooking in batches letting the food sit & I should have ask them to mske it fresh YET THAT SHOULD BE A STANDARD PRACTICE…I will simply continue to support the chain I normally visit.

I was craving chicken tenders, and American Deli is just up the street. The staff were very friendly and the service was reasonably fast. The food was another subject. The chicken strips were just Ok but the french fries were a real letdown. They weren’t fresh, just slightly warm, and almost mushy. The take away here is,

They’re brand new to the neighborhood so decided to try them out this afternoon. What a great experience! Went inside for take out, was greeted immediately, order taken with a bit of help from the gentleman at the front desk (first time eating here). Food was ready quickly and it was great! Had a 10 wing combo and would gladly eat it again. Looking forward to coming back again and trying some more items from the menu.

Everytime I go to this location and order 2 pieces of whiting they always give me 1 1/2. The food and service is good but I don’t appreciate the fact that they spilt the other fish in half and I’m paying for 2 pieces of fish! When I told the associate at the register he tried to convince me that it was 2 whole pieces. Him and I have had this discussion before. I will not be back because of this.

Very good customer service, I was the only customer in there which worked for me, soon a car or two pulled up, so the atmosphere was really pleasant for me. The lemon pepper wings were really good. The Philly cheese meat didn’t have flavor to me, and it was too many onions. I think I’ll try the hot wings next !
