I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese English muffins. They’re so lazy here they don’t toast the English muffin… but they do everywhere else… also they dont sell diet coke which is just inconvenient… other tim horton locations are much better.

In town for a few months and was pleasantly surprised at how good the cold brew was, especially for a donut chain. Unfortunately, I ordered from a couple other locations and pretty sure they just gave me regular iced coffee that tastes like chemicals. This location gets it perfect every time in record time. Special shout out to Miss Carol who saw me in line with a full iced coffee and asked what was wrong. I told her another location messed it up, I couldn’t drink it and wanted a cold brew. Without question she made me a perfect cup and got me out of there in less than 5 minutes.

This Tim Hortons is a fantastic place to go if you want a coffee drink but don’t want any coffee in it! This morning I went through the Drive thru and ordered a Gingerbread Oat Milk Latte for $4.69, what I received instead was a cup of Oat Milk with Gingerbread Spice with an additional $0.50 charge for the Oat Milk. I was overjoyed the person taking my order understood that not only did I want to pay $5 for a flavored glass of Oat Milk but also that Tim Hortons online support weren’t able to do anything for me unless I returned to the restaurant. So if you’re looking for a place where you’re given the complete wrong thing when you order, this is the place for you.

I stop by this location often usually there’s a boy or girl in there and there always very rude came in tonight and got some bagels and also tried the new refresher they were made very neat and the supervisor karizma who served us was very sweet, My boyfriend said she made his drink very good because last time we got it it had no fruit☹️

I went to this Tim Hortons to get a simple donut, the person cashing was not a nicest person and some of my change fell on the floor and she wasn’t going to pick it up until I asked for it. The donut I got was stale and cold, not room temp or cool, cold. I wouldn’t recommend going here for food, I don’t even want to assume hot the drinks come out.

I have been a customer almost daily at this location for the past last six months. I started driving out of my way because your location was the only one in the area that made coffee good. Their are four other locations within in a five minute drive that I can think of. well today I received the worst two cups of I’ve had from Tim Hortons in months!!! T/T w/pumpkin and a 3/4 w/pumpkin. These two cups tasted burnt with no sugar or pumpkin flavor at all. I’m not sure what employee had left and you had to replace. But this very disappointing service. Also I tried to call the location to let them know of the horrible experience. However the phone went to a fax machine service.

I stood at the counter for one minute as the only customer (including drive thru). There were 4 employees “working”. I will say 2 of them were actually working and the other 2 were working hard at texting on their cell phones. I was not acknowledged at all by any of them. I yelled to my husband across the gas station “Do you want anything from Tim Horton’s” thinking that may spark some service and it did not. I ended up leaving. Extremely disappointing.
