I recently visited Bubblebee X Ramen, and I have to say, this place exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe that made it the perfect spot to enjoy a comforting bowl of ramen.
I ordered the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen, and it was hands-down one of the best bowls I’ve ever had. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, with a deep umami taste that you could tell had been simmered for hours to perfection. It had that perfect creamy consistency you look for in a proper tonkotsu broth—full-bodied but not overly heavy.
The noodles were cooked just right, with a nice chewy texture that held onto the broth beautifully. But the real star of the show was the chashu pork—tender, perfectly marbled, and bursting with flavor. It had just the right amount of fat to melt in your mouth with every bite. The toppings were fresh and well-balanced, from the crisp green onions to the delicious marinated egg with that perfectly jammy yolk.
I also tried the Coconut Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious! The coconut flavor was rich and creamy without being too overpowering, and the sweetness was perfectly balanced. It had a smooth, refreshing taste that paired wonderfully with the bold flavors of the ramen. Easily one of the best milk teas I’ve had!
Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure everything was just right. You can tell they really care about the quality of their dishes and the experience they provide to their customers.

Came back to Bubblebee after a long week and it hit the spot again. The yaki ramen and black garlic tonkotsu are always rich and flavorful. I also love the strawberry peach tea with lychee jelly (my little ritual here ). Never had a bad meal yet!

Absolutely delicious! We popped in for a late lunch and were both pleasantly surprised and delighted with our choices. I had the original Tonkatsu and hubby had the spicy miso pork. We both had sparkling teas to drink. Service was excellent and ambiance was great. Highly recommend.

the place was neat and clean, the cashiers were really nice and the food was delicious !! Got two bobas, a rice bowl and a ramen bowl and everything came to 50 dollars so kinda expensive but it was really good, would recommend. :))

Came here for a quick family meal. This place is casual and inviting. The food/menu is Japanese focused while the drinks are Taiwanese (bubble tea) and the music in the background is Taiwanese Pop with some Cantonese songs every once awhile. It’s a mixture of a place in terms of atmosphere.
The ramen. Overall great flavor. Not overly salty like some other ramen restaurants and the ingredients are fresh. The food came out rather quickly and we thought the amount of food is just right.
The bubble tea is also nicely done. The bubbles aren’t too mushy and has a nice bounce to it (Taiwanese would refer the texture as “QQ”).
