The crew at social nutrition have helped me through a very tough battle with cancer. I had tongue surgery, which left me incredibly limited on what I could eat and drink. Thankfully, because of the social nutrition I did not have to get a feeding tube and have been able to slowly get my strength back! I go often because the shakes are tasty, the people are phenomenal and I love supporting local. Thank you guys for being such a blessing to me during such a hard time!

Social Nutrition has been my little lifesaver lately. Their protein shakes actually taste good (like… not fake or chalky at all), and they keep me full for hours. The energy teas are that perfect pick-me-up when you need a boost but don’t want to feel shaky or crash later.

Absolutely divine!!! I had a total of 4 shakes here in one visit and all 4 were ABSOLUTELY stellar! WOW! I am fasting for 4 days and have only liquids with 1 smoothie per day and getting some nutrition outside of the tea I do consume is important to me. I adjusted some of the ingredients so am so THANKFUL for their ability to adjust accordingly with a smile on their face! I’ll definitely be back next week…AND it’s LOCALLY owned!

I visited here after my work out on Friday July 23. 2021. I had the opportunity to meet one of the owners. She was super nice and took the time to answer a lot of questions for me. They can make any protein drink or tea to cater to your needs. My protein drink was like a coffee frappuccino or a thick milkshake. I can’t remember the name of my protein drink I had, what a shame. I do apologize to all the reviewers out that, the drink was just that good. You can relax or plug in and work on your laptop or tablet. I saw a scale so you can weigh yourself and this little place is so cozy, quiet and very clean.
