Solid pies at acceptable prices. The place looks very unassuming, almost uninviting but service was very friendly. The pie was fine, somewhat average but definitely okay for a tourist town. No indoor seating whatsoever, though, and by the time we arrived back at the hotel (10 min drive) the food was mostly lukewarm, so keep that in mind and maybe bring an insulated bag or something. There are arcade games for while you wait, which are fun.

It saddens me to not give a five-star review. This is the third time we have ate at the pie hole because we are new to bethel. The first time it was very good. The second time really slacked off. Now this third time was not a charm. The toppings were skimpier than skimp. Which really sucked because the pizza is not cheap. On top of that the bottom was burnt, very little sauce .the crust was totally flavorless,cardboardish(maybe try some garlic butter or something)It just seems like it gets worse and worse every time. I hate to give them a bad review but maybe they will see this and do some changes maybe put a little more toppings than 4 slices of mushrooms and 2 tidbits of bacon for a large pizza… and oh by the way quit fooling around and start watching the pizza in the oven so it doesn’t get burnt.. I think next time I will look for a different pizza place. Hopefully the pie hole will see this review and make some changes and I will check back in a few months. Fingers crossed

Lots of ample parking that is handicap friendly (the door is too). The building felt pretty chilly and was dimly lit but it wasn’t dirty.
The bathroom was gender neutral, family, nursing, and handicapped friendly. Nice, big bathroom that is clean but also dimly lit. Could also have been super error.
When I walked in I noticed they had a few video game machines and a cooler with a few drinks.
My order was ready and it was nicely put together. The menu is small but they have perfected it and are good at what they do 🙂
Paninis, pizza, couple hot subs and a couple italian sun options.

1st time customer after having been referred by friends.
Unfortunately my pizza was terrible. Almost no red pizza sauce, which resulted in dry tasteless crust and minimal toppings (mushroom & hamburger ). Same for almost no cheese. I know they were busy, BUT—. My spouse kidded that the cardboard carton looked more appealing. We wound up discarding the pie.
Will we try again? Probably not.

Tried to ban our address from their delivery for this review.
You won’t last long in a small town, banning any bad review.
Go anywhere else.
They also decide when they want to deliver, close for 30 mins at random times during dinner hours, yells at customers, and contradicts services like delivery, even when we “scheduled” a delivery earlier in the day.

The Pie Hole is an easy five stars. As a transplant from NYC I’ve been trying to find a place for good slices and good sandwiches, this is it! It’s all about the pizza oven, these folks are doing it right, no conveyor belt pizza here! It’s the perfect ratio of dough to sauce and toppings. The cheese is whole milk mozzarella, the pepperoni has a great flavor profile. The slice is crunchy. I highly recommend ordering a slice to eat while you wait for a sandwich!
The spicy Italian also benefits from a golden ratio of bread to toppings. The ingredients are high quality too! Absolutely delicious.
Top it all off with a soft baked chocolate chip cookie!
Another bonus is that they deliver. So if you can’t move your legs after a day of skiing at Sunday River they’ve got you covered!
