First morning in MA and went here off a whim. Walking in, the establishment is nice, I love the decor and plenty of seating. We were greeted kindly by staff, took our orders correctly and asked for clarification. We got 2 Americanos, a Turkey Caprese, and a Glazed Donut. The coffee is fresh and had a great taste and aroma. The food was wonderful as well. Overall, I’m impressed since I don’t usually go in an establishment w/o reading any reviews.

First and foremost, the store was exceptionally clean, and the staff was well-aligned and professional. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and refreshingly straightforward. This was my first time visiting, and I’m genuinely glad I did. Jordan, the manager, brings exactly the kind of presence you want in a store—warm, confident, and someone who truly makes customers feel valued. One of the best coffee I have ever had in my life was a Caramel espresso iced coffee with two caramel Syrup and Pumpkin cold foam. 100% recommend. Absolutely delicious ❤️ Staff was very nice and patient with us as well.

I am so sad to give the Woburn location of Cafe Nero. From the first steps inside the door ,it looks like it has so much potential. Alas, so disappointing !!! I visited this location for both breakfast and lunch. Both expensive with the baked goods and tea offerings abysmal. They LOOK ok …..but just yucky. Same with my Greek salad.
Yes, there are a few comfy seats. Most of these taken up by laptop hounds who takeover best seats all day.
The placement of the bathrooms is ridiculous….no privacy !

Super nice staff, can always find a seat, can’t beat their food for a quick lunch or snack treat. TBH, I am always disappointed by the Caffe Nero speciality drinks. Stick with the basics here because they do it better than anyone.

My son went in to order an oat milk extra hot Matcha for me. They came back with a dairy one that was so hot I couldn’t touch it. He returned that and told them that he had ordered oat milk and extra hot but that this was dairy and too hot to even touch. Then they delivered me an oat milk Matcha at room temperature, not even warm. Third time I went in and spoke with a young lady with longer straight brown hair is all I remember, I didn’t get her name. They were slightly busy so I felt bad about going in but also agitated for having spent now $10. She said I didn’t have to pay at least but now I’m sitting in my car with an oat milk latte that’s so hot I have it parked in front of my AC vent in my car because I can’t even touch it with the sleeve on. Don’t complain folks!
This is probably the second review I have ever left in my life here. But I’m getting tired of shitty service and I also like reading reviews so I should step up and start talking more.

Cafe Nero is always a chill place to grab some coffee. I go to the 2 in Burlington depending on the busyness peabody. Not once have I ever had any issues with service. Today 4/17/25 about 8:00-8-10am I went to the woburn location for some pre work coffee. The girl with the red hair. Didn’t catch her name. But she was rude. Wasn’t even busy. Asked what my order was twice. Still got it wrong. So I went with it anyway since I has to get to work. Handed me the coffee with an attitude. Went to pick it up the lid POPPED off immediately. Burned my hand. Kindly asked for a new lid. She disregarded me and then went back to get me a new lid. Upon trying to place the new lid I noticed the rim was a little crushed. I asked for a new cup was still greeted with attitude. I grabbed the new coffee cup and left. I don’t leave reviews usually but to go to such a good place and get service like that is uncalled for and unnecessary. Maybe she’ll have a better day. ♂️

This is a serene and peaceful spot, perfect for focusing on work or losing yourself in a book. The coffee is excellent, and the sandwiches are delicious. Additionally, the convenience of parking makes it an ideal location. Highly recommended for a productive or relaxing visit.

Only six months have passed and from a amazing place to enjoy a coffee now is a place to go only if you need your coffeine and can’t get anywhere else decent.

I paid an awful lot for a cup full of ice and milk, with a little Chai flavor. If I come back I’ll specify little ice. Pre-made foods are offered, some can be heated up. No made-to-order items here. Seems to be a copy or competitor of Aroma Joe’s. The staff was wonderful.
