I recently placed an order through the Domino’s app for carryout — an XL half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. When I arrived at the store, I was handed only a large pizza, not the XL I ordered. Once I got home and confirmed it wasn’t what I ordered, I politely called the store to let them know.
The associate I spoke with immediately became rude and dismissive, insisting they don’t carry XL pizzas. I calmly asked why this wasn’t communicated in the app, when the order was placed, or even at pickup. Instead of addressing that, the associate — who identified himself as the manager, Scott — continued to be unprofessional.
Eventually, he offered me a credit and apologized, but only after I said I would escalate the issue further. My husband later called to claim the credit pizza so our children could have lunch. Unfortunately, both the original pizza and the replacement were unappetizing and disappointing.
I understand people may have bad days, but the lack of professionalism, miscommunication, and poor food quality made this a very disheartening experience. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and order accuracy moving forward.

I have ordered from here for years I’ve never had an issue with them. They always get our pizzas right, delivery is always fast, and the delivery drivers are always so kind. 10/10 highly recommend it’s honestly the best Domino’s on base from what I’ve experienced.

We ordered a pizza husband went in to pay everything was fine but they claimed it didn’t go through …except it did. My husband even pulled up our bank app and literally showed that we got charged the manager forced us to pay again! Wouldn’t not give us our food until we paid again. So we paid almost 70 bucks for our order that was originally only 34. Will never eat here again! I had to call the corporate phone number to get a refund started and the man I spoke to was very accusatory and seemed to be implying that I was just trying to get free food…. Well for your information sir. If you’re reading this, the charges went through for the first one. It did not “drop off” like you tried to gaslight me into believing. We only got refunded for the charge that I had to call and demand for.

The atmosphere was weird when we walked in cause there was no one in sight…… then 5 people walked out one by one. The lady taking our order was very kind and patient. I really appreciated it because it took a little time to figure out what each person in my family wanted to eat.

I love me some Domino’s. This particular one is my go to store. I live about two or three minutes away. I always go for the Parmesan Garlic sauce, and by far my crust is the pan pizza. Today I went with a five topping special! Inside the door always is clean and with ordering in the app my pickup is quick. The pizza was great, I added three packets of chili flakes along with the mango habanero sauce, awesome flavor!

I called the number, and placed the order. I got the order very quickly and was satisfied with that portion. But I ordered a Medium “Meatzza” with different sauce and this is what I got. I don’t understand what happened exactly, but I guess I’m gonna go in to order from now on, if I order from here anymore.

Ordered a chx Caesar salad and it is old and brown. Being prepackaged it should not have been delivered. Someone should have checked the items before they left the store. This isn’t the first time this has happened. When it happened previously the Mgr sent the driver back to replace it with a fresh salad. This time the Mgr was rude and wouldn’t replace it because she only had 1 driver. You have lost a customer.

I don’t get how I can order the EXACT SAME THING every time and it different each time it’s delivered. I ordered three large pizzas with EXTRA SAUCE for dinner tonight and of course they came very very dry. The crust was very stale and tough. The pizza had no flavor so I had to drown it in garlic. I ordered two days ago for lunch and the pizza was delicious and made correctly. I really wish we could choose another dominos for delivery instead of dealing with this one. If I order pizza 10 times there is only one time that the pizza is correct. Better off ordering Pizza Hut if this is your dominos.

Delivery driver said she was going to put my food on the ground because she attempted to call me from inside of her vehicle . I couldn’t answer my phone because I have a toddler and a newborn I had to pertain to in the time she called me (She didn’t even come to the door ) she wanted me to come down stairs Because she said didn’t want to come upstairs because of the snow . This matter is going to be escalated because that’s not how you talk to customers. If you willingly tell me to my face you are going to put my food on the floor and attempt to do so . Only god knows what domino’s do to people food my toddlers is the reason why I order dominos And for her to say she put our food on the ground is ultimate disrespect & not good for customers she need to be fired .
