One of the more poorly managed Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Had to wait 25 minutes to get our food. We found out after we got our food they were out of sour cream, which everything we ordered had sour cream on it. Had I known this before I would’ve went somewhere else. I did the supreme lux box. The five layer burrito had nothing in it, it was all tortilla. We did have a little humor as they kept making the same order for someone who had left already with his food. They made it three times! Every garbage sat outside of its bin the entire time we were there. When we asked the employee what we should do with our trash she got all upset and threw attitude like we had just ruined her day.

The service was horrendous. It took nearly ten minutes of back and forth for the woman at the intercom to get my order, and she still didn’t! I don’t know what was so confusing about a “cheesy double beef burrito” that she tried to ring in four different times, the price increasing each time and all WRONG. I just left at that point and went to the Wendy’s next door.

Was in the Drive-Thru at 12:30… It’s now 1:0 p.m…. worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had for so-called fast food. And no way to get out of the line either. You’re stuck.. They didn’t even wave the customer causing the exceedingly long line to wait on the other side.

Disappointed with my food order. The burritos and nacho chips had a horrible chemical taste that my wife and I just threw out. Also, be aware that apparently on Saturday night’s it’s hard to navigate as it becomes a teenager hangout where they congregate and fill up the parking spots here and the adjacent strip malls

The quality of the food is terrible. I had to give a star in order to comment . The shells are thinner than ever, very little meat, tomatoes that have no taste as if they were stored in water . The increase in price does not reflect on the quality. Order #139

The lady at the speaker/window so nasty and monotone. I’m a manager for a fast food restaurant and this attitude and demeanor is so rude. Food was cold. Asked her for sauce for my order of 7+ taco only received 2 packs

I’m highly upset about this review because the first 2 times I went to this location, the people were super nice, patient, and helpful. Guy even told me to have a “chalupa-tastic day”.
Today, I ordered 2 large jalapeño ranch nacho fries, 3 chicken quesdillas, 2 drinks, a grilled cheese burrito, and 4 sour cream sides.
I got my food, and the person at the register told me, “you can come into the lobby to get your other nacho fries because they were just dropped,” after waiting like 10 minutes in line. She didn’t ask, and she didn’t say “I’ll bring them out, I’m sorry for the delay.” She told me to come inside. What was the point in the drive thru?
OK, no big, sometimes things happen and you can’t control peoples attitudes no matter how many times you smile and say thank you. I sent my son inside to get the other nacho fries. 20 minutes later, tons of cars later, and a lady that walked inside to get her food remade later, I honked at my son to come out and get his phone. Fries take like 2 minutes in a fryer, idk if it’s different a taco bell or not, but 30 minutes is getting pretty ridiculous. My son said he thinks they gave the fries to someone else. Clearly. Several someone elses. Needless to say 34 minutes of waiting, our food is cold and the first fry wasn’t even right. It was just meat and cheese. Ew. Our ice in our sodas were melted by the time we got home 3 minutes down the street and all I can think of is that it’s a good thing we didn’t get ice cream while we were in Publix before we went to taco bell. We should’ve went to Pizza Hut. It would’ve been faster and everything would have been correct. The nacho fries are literally the main reason I go to taco bell… and they’re gross with just meat and cheese. If the lady was trying to share her bad day, mission accomplished. I’m done with this taco bell. 4 people in this place and they couldn’t get it together. I’ve ran entire restaurants by myself and never would have allowed such service.

Retain the whole crew. Same with the Dunkin next door. Food is cold. Taste old and stale. I got a lux box or something like that it was $12 and everything in that box was cold and stale. I ate it because I was starving but I should of got my money back

Everytime we go The crunchy tacos are soggy. They shouldn’t make them ahead of time. We go to the one on the Causeway now. Always very fresh and crunchy
