I walked in today and immediately noticed the first girl behind the counter serving customers with the kind of energy that makes you wonder why she even showed up to work. She was alone at first, slamming trays around like the food personally offended her. Attitude level: 10/10, customer service level: 0.
Then the real fun began. They were out of fried rice (shocker), along with several other basics. They did have chow mein, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken—bare minimum, I guess.
After waiting about 5 minutes, a second lady finally approached. I asked for fried rice (knowing full well this location is chronically understocked and always makes people wait for fresh batches). She told me to wait. Fine, I said, because I’ve been here before and I know the drill.
Three people lined up behind me, all waiting for fried rice too. Then I watched her serve THEIR orders first—full trays, handed out with smiles—while I stood there like an idiot with nothing. When I politely asked why my order wasn’t being handled before theirs, she hit me with the most condescending attitude: “I didn’t even take your order.”
Excuse me?
I asked to speak to the manager. I never seen you here before. First time, she mumbled something under her mask and ignored me. Second time, louder, she finally said, “I AM the manager.”
I asked her straight up: “What do you think about the way you’re treating me and handling my order?” She didn’t even look up—just kept scooping food for the next person like I wasn’t standing right there.
At that point I told her I was going to write a very “nice” review and asked for her name. She mumbled something that sounded like “Denima” (or maybe Denisha? Who knows, she didn’t care enough to speak clearly), then casually dropped, “Anyway, this is their last week open.”

I paid $26.00 for two plates, and unfortunately, the food was grossly cold and stale. It was clear the food had been sitting out for quite some time, as employees were openly arguing about refilling the trays and ice in front of customers.

This situation is not only unacceptable in terms of quality but also raises serious health and sanitation concerns. I am requesting a full refund for my purchase and would appreciate a response addressing how this issue will be resolved to prevent it from happening again.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The food smelled and tasted stale. Despite waiting while they opened up late the food tasted old. Do not know if it was the oil, the pan or the ingredients but it tasted off. Had not been there in a year and was very disappointed.

Located inside the Pavilions supermarket. Can only takeaways, no seating area. Freshly made during lunch time. Panda Express is getting more expensive.

A major disappointment. Arrived just prior to 5pm but selection was very limited for a dinner time. Food was bland (broccoli beef, orange chicken). To top off my experience, they would not accept a Panda gift card. If I ever decide to try Panda again, it definitely won’t be at this location.

This place will always give you the minimal amount of food and charge as any other location. Also aperently, a bigger plate only comes with 2 SiDES!! when u ask for half and half rice and noodle. Truly the worst panda I have been into.

This location is just so so in my book. The orange chicken is sometimes a bit overcooked and tough to chew. Occasionally, it’s ok but I try to avoid this one. The honey walnut shrimp is touch and go too. I’ve now decided to pass up this one here from now on…I went to this location because it was inside Pavilions and convenient.

Very disappointed as I regularly pick up dinner from Panda after I do my grocery shopping. I ordered two dinners with 1 side each. When I got home I discovered that the Angus Beef Steak was nowhere on the plate. Instead well glazed mushrooms, that appear to look like meat from a distance and red bellpepers were the only thing in that dish. The dinners cost approx. $25. This is not fair to the customer. It’s just not right and a bit dishonest. Come on Panda, you can do better than that.
