I came in on a whim tonight and there was just one young lady working, and she was a rockstar. There was a gentleman before me and as I waited a few more people came in and she greeted us all with a smile and a friendly hello. She got a little busy and remained cool as a cucumber and friendly as could be, I don’t typically write reviews but this young lady’s customer service really impressed me and I wanted her to be recognized for that, so to Miss Alexis thank you for doing what you do and keep up the good work ❤️❤️

Made a mobile order here, this location being the wrong location, and one I don’t want to take the journey out to. I made a silly mistake in this way, but it didn’t allow me to cancel the order in the app (likely because it’s some kind of a time sensitive thing if I had to guess) so they offered calling as an alternative. Tried calling countless times, but nobody was answering. This could very well be carelessness on the part of the employees, or rather some greater technical error. Either way, however, it seemed worth mentioning.

The employees are not trained right and they are talked down to and belittled by the owner along with a constant shortage of product and staff. The locations are constantly “temporarily closed” due to staffing shortages. Overall, not a pleasant experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Would not ever go back to this subway tried to ask for help on the app down right rude employees and as I’m trying to figure out the app in the store the lady worker puts her finger in her ear picks her ear did not wash her hands grabbed gloves and started making some guys sub they should be shut down id rather go to jersey mikes or Dave’s cosmic subs and they had veggies cross contamination

This is the worst Subway I’ve been to. The kids working here are untrained and rude. They don’t even make an effort at friendliness. They put parmesan peppercorn dressing on my sub when i asked for parmesan cheese -acting like they had no idea what parmesan cheese is , and would not remake it when i said i very much dislike the peppercorn dressing. The line was long long long , only 2 people working. No management in sight . The guy waiting on us was more interested in talking to his baseball team buddies than working .

Over $2 more than any other subway I’ve been to. I go to subway because its cheap. I mineaswell go to chipotle with these price increases. And this location doesn’t accept coupons. Admittedly they have multiple signs about the no coupons, but these prices are outrages.

Worse subway don’t go I asked for avocado and was charged over $2 for that and when my husband came home with sandwich they got his right but mine had no avocado was still charged for it and they didn’t let my husband no they were out and I called for 20
Minutes and no answer and they weren’t even busy horrible I have worked for fast food before fast pace and rarely got orders wrong and we always answered the phone and accommodated the customers and were friendly don’t go here try a different place, Dave’s cosmic subs is great I should have went there.

Mobile order yesterday, ready on time but the bacon was grossly undercooked (pic makes it look better than it was) & I recd the wrong chips- jalapeno, ugh.

The place was dirty. The girl making the sandwiches was tossing toppings on. Part of my meat ended on the counter instead of the sandwich. The spinach was wilted, and lettuce was brown, so none for my sandwiche today. Staff is also unfriendly. It’s not worth the price they charged. Save your money and go somewhere else.
