We place an on line order that went to the Steven’s point instead of Rapids. I arrived at Rapids location to pickup our order that wasn’t there. Lily started helping and handed off my issue to Austin. Austin stopped in the middle of his meal break. Took our order made sure everything was okay and how to call and cancel the order at the Stevens point store. Austin did an excellent job! He definitely deserves some recognition for his efforts.

If you’re wondering what the food is like here, just go to the frozen section of the grocery store, grab a generic pasta bowl, and microwave it. Congratulations—you’ve just prepared a meal that is comparable to, and possibly better than, what you get at Noodles & Company.
It’s essentially paying $15 for the “convenience” of having someone else push the buttons on a microwave for you. The grocery store version actually wins because I can eat it in my pajamas and the salt content is more honest. Two stars because the napkins worked exactly as advertised.

i did NOT have a good experience here. the only reason I am leaving 5 stars is because I like the color yellow and I want more of it on my screen at all times. And the stars are yellow. My friend found a hair in her food.

My kids love Mac and cheese and this was a big disappointment. I’m not trying to give the staff hard times as it was our very first time ever eating at this or any noodles company. They said they were famous for their Mac and cheese and a few other dishes, my son’s comment to that is, “how are they famous for this when it doesn’t even taste good (referring to the mac and cheese)?”. I tried it myself and it tasted cold and almost like microwaved Mac and cheese (which would have tasted better than what we ordered). All 3 of my kids refused to eat the Mac and cheese kids meal. The spaghetti was nothing special either, it was also cold but my other kid enjoyed it cause he can eat anything. I ordered the spicy korean steak noodle dish and it was also cold and not spicy at all, portion was small, tasted ok (not a really memorable dish). Overall, I think we would not return as it’s not all that it’s raved to be and quite pricey.

Was my first time of ever being at a noodles& company. What a great experience. Service was exceptional, food was excellent. I would definitely recommend the steak stroganoff. Definitely going to go back again. Love the menu!

I had ordered a quick pickup on my lunch break. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles with no protein (vegetarian) and once I got back to work and opened my order realized there was chicken on it and it missing mushrooms. Sadly I did not have time to run back. My bad for not checking the sealed bag I guess. I understand they have only been open a few days and are learning but this was a big oops for someone that does not eat meat.
**** adding more as I decided to give it another try. This timed I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore. Again selected no Tofu or chicken. You guessed it. It came with Chicken. This was August 5th. I have updated my original 3 star to a 1 because I have wasted two lunch periods not getting what I ordered and getting Meat when I ordered no meat. ****

WORST SERVICE EVER! I was told my order would be done at 4:16. There were two cars in front of me. Not a big deal. The big deal was my food sat on the counter until 5 freaking pm while in-coming customers were being helped….My food was cold…That is ridiculous!! There was NO reason for that!

When you walk in it’s a nice joint, kinda cozy! But when it comes to ordering the food, maybe go somewhere else if you want a good time! I ordered a 4 cheese chicken Alfredo with penne noodles, and was met with a Alfredo chicken parm with spaghetti noodles! I called and they said they can remake the order but by the time I get there I realized this has taken about an hour of my time maybe if they throw in a rice crispy treat it would lessen the animosity of them messing the order up but I was told that the meal I’m getting remade is the free thing I get in return! I thought to myself how would it be free if I not only just had to drive 15 minutes back there to get my order but I already paid for it they just didn’t give me the right thing! 3/10
