I had an awesome experience today at Domino’s Pizza – Billings thanks to Mac and the manager on duty. Mac was polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. It’s refreshing to see a young man with such a strong work ethic and great customer service skills.
The manager was just as impressive — calm, organized, and running a tight ship. You can tell the team is well-led and that customer satisfaction truly matters at this location.
The pizza was made perfectly and the service was fast and friendly. Great job to Mac and the whole crew today — keep it up!

I wish I could leave a no star. We were told that the pizzas would be done in 7-17 minutes. This did not happen it was more like 40 minutes!!!! And then we said we would pick up in the line we’ll we waited there for 20 minutes sitting behind people that pulled up and ordered pizzas!! We went inside and said we had been waiting and all they could do was make comments about how our pizzas took so long because they were big!!!! Both employees were rude and snotty about the whole situation!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I order here a lot ! I got my order and the pizza was wet, the parm bites were hard and cold. The cinnamon bites were too wet and it took longer than 45 minutes for delivery on a Wednesday when I called the store a gal named jewel answered and she was rude and disrespectful. I mentioned to her about my order and she said it wasnt her responsibility after it leaves the store. She said she was the general manager and that I got what I ordered. No accountability and she didn’t send another one or refund my money. Worst customer service ice ever experienced from this company and ill never go to this location again.

we ordered a pizza at 530 pm and an hour later had to call and order again cause no one had a clue where our orderwas. so we talk to a manager who took our order and added in something sweet on the house and said we would have it in 15 min. another hour passes and we call about our pizza and they say the managerwho took our order was only in and out! so we order again!!!! 2 hours and 45 minutes later and still aint got no pizza. i do NOT recomend this pizza hut to anyone! i give this place on king a 0 star!!! not professional at all. and they still didnt offer any accomodation for our long wait!!!

Spent money non a pizza. Order was canceled!! Called multiple times. Was hung up on multiple times. Store is a JOKE. And even got transferred to the dominos on Broadwater they said and quote “we have had so many calls and complaints about that store stealing money and not full filling orders” poor kid could not refund my hard earned money but promised to try and do something. Do not order from here, odds are some young stupid kid will leave you hungry while they sit on Snapchat and ignore your call and not care about your order you paid for. Highly recommend Pizza Hut even though I thought Dominos had it on lock Good luck and hope you don’t get Scrooged by a bottom feeder like this company represents.

Stpre # 7138. I ordered cheesy tots, a sandwich and some cheese bread from this location (which is about 2 miles from my house). Delivery driver arrived with an order for another customer. I said it wasn’t mine and the driver left. As the driver was leaving, I ask “should I call the store?” The driver said, I dunno. So I called the store and they said that they would figure it out and would call me back. So i waited 20 minutes and then called them back. The person in the store said my food was being remade and delivered again. I ordered my food 1 hour ago at this point and still waiting…. The customer service was minimal at best. They did not even pretend to care. Let’s see how the food is.
