Today was the first time since moving to GA 10 years ago that I have seen a Dutch Baby pancake (German Pancake) on a menu! I ordered mine savory with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onions and peppers and it was delicious! It is served in the cast iron pan that it was baked in, which is a nice presentation, but just beware because it’s hot!

My wife and I stopped by to try this place, and we were absolutely blown away. I had the Huevos Divorciados, and she ordered the steak skillet bowl. Both were delicious! Every bite was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and that comforting homemade touch.
My wife said it perfectly, “This isn’t just mom’s home cooking… this tastes like grandma’s in the kitchen.” ❤️
On top of the great food, the staff was super friendly, kind, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do.

I have been wanting to try Cafe del Cielo since they’ve opened and today I finally had the chance to. The food was so good, flavorful, and fresh. Great variety on the menu it was so hard for me to choose my meal. I can’t wait until I’m able to go back and try lunch.

Since her video of the homemade tortillas I been wanting to take my husband for lunch since I am the only person that makes him the homemade tortillas but is nice to know now a restaurant 15mins from home also makes them!
He had the country skillet with chorizo eggs and potatoes. He said he loved it and will be returning!
I had pancakes two eggs and pork chops. Great too and pancakes were huge!

I had the chilaquiles. It was delicious. Came out hot and fresh. Can’t say enough about the wait staff and ownership here. Must try in Henry county and McDonough especially if you’ve never had tex-mex style food.

Cafe del Cielo is amazing. From the welcoming and friendly atmosphere to the spectacular dishes. The food came fast yet the presentation and flavors were spot on. When I wasn’t sure what to order the owner Marina desribed each dish and offered recommendations. I truly felt like my dinning preferences were important to her.

My wife and I like to try new restaurants in the McDonough area. So for her Bday I thought we’d try Cafe Del Cielo. Nice location with plenty of parking. The employees were extremely friendly and polite. The menu was easy to read and prices were reasonable. The coffee was excellent, our food was delicious warm until the last bite. We’ll definitely be going back.

This was my second visit, and the experience was outstanding once again. The service is excellent, and the food is consistently delicious. I ordered the Dutch baby both times—it’s outstanding! My husband enjoyed his skillet meal, and the grandchildren loved their freshly made chicken tenders. My grandson also raved about the mini pancakes and French fries. We’ll definitely return!
