I loooooveee this small restaurant! Their flavor is amazing . My go to is chilaquiles verdes they always taste delicious the meat tastes amazing and soft all the time . Everything I have ordered is just great! Highly recommend!

Fire !! This is a hidden gem they have handmade tortillas and the pricing is awesome! I got this molcajete came with a side of rice and beans and the handmade tortillas for $15 wow plus it’s inside of a Mexican store so my kids chose their favorite candies before we sat down to eat. Customer service was on point this food was delicious!!

Stopped by to get some asada and birria tacos, to eat during a break from work. This was at an off-peak time, so maybe that’s why it took a little long for the food to be prepared. De todos modos, the food was delicious, and I would be happy to recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty & authentic tacos in the auburn area.

This has consistently been the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. The food and prices are better than Tacos El Tajin as well. If you want authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. There is even an imports store attached where you can purchase more Mexican goods as well as some bakery items.

I’ve probably driven past this place thousands of times. I wish I would have stopped in sooner! I got the asada tacos and they were delicious! Stuffed with tender, flavor asada on fresh tortillas…you can’t get any better than that. Will be definitely be going back. Oh and by the way they are also a grocery store and their meat case looked well stocked with some very reasonable prices.

Okay. I ordered chicken flautas and my husband ordered a steak burrito. The flautas were literally out of a package-frozen. Very little meat in them and worst of all, they were cold inside. I sent them back and the server seemed to not understand what I was saying. I even said “frio”. She took them back after some convincing. They were still cold in the middle. The steak burrito was very messy and sloppy. Just gross. I should have known better, nobody was eating there while the teriyaki place next door was booming.

I’m no one to ever want to give a bad review or one star that’s why I have it two stars as I know it’s very hard to run a business. A few points that would help make things better would first be cleansing. A little cleaning goes a very long way especially in the food industry. Quality control of the drinks and the salads bar as well would help out a great deal. The cook needs more training. seems that the that the variety of plates offered is too diverse for there ability. I would stick to what they now and only offer those dishes for now.

Usually it’s really good! The prices are great and the service is friendly we ordered 2 asada burritos and the meat was overly salty. My husband also found a hair in his burrito from the rice and beans. Can’t go wrong with the tacos though or enchis.

Diverse menu. Good selection of seafood also. Birria available in plate or soup form. Very quick to go. Friendly service. Great array of salsas to choose from. Part of birria was a little dry but overall had good flavor. Handmade tortillas a big plus.
