Rude and Racist! Please don’t waste your time. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. I truly understand why the president wants to get them out of here. They have no respect for our American dollars. The manager refused to give me her name and the store number. She told me that I can figure it out myself . I plan to file a complaint.

We were coming from working all day since 7 in the morning
It was 8:30 PM
A crew of 7 people. We all ordered 7 of 1 foot long in total
When it was time of my sandwich this lady had wrapped without any sauce, because she said I was talking to the other guys
Instead of asking me what sauces I want
Second: I went to the bathroom, it was locked. I asked this lady to give me the key, she said the bathroom had been cleaned already and if I used it I will have to clean it again. I told her, the bathroom is intended for its purpose and it will be never be hundred percent clean
She denied the bathroom despite we were buying customers
Try to call subway customer service, i have tried to call store manager, they don’t have nobody
This lady should not be serving food for people, she treats customers like pigs. No customer service skills. No education
Making sandwiches shouldn’t be enough for them to hire someone. Customers deserve respect

Wearing face mask I went in and placed an order for 2 foot longs. One person made both subs. Service was fast. Subs were perfect! This isn’t my regular location but they had the $5 sale. Worth driving a couple of extra miles. Will come again!

Waited for 4 minutes while in the store and it was only myself. He was so into making an online order, he didn’t see me enter. He basically said he would be with me shortly after he finished his last sandwich and he did not. I had to say something to him and even began to walk out before he stopped to do what I needed and that was, serve me. He was lazy and didn’t want to go back to retrieve what was needed to be refilled so I threatened to leave again. The only reason why I remained after waiting was because my best friend and daughter also wanted a sub. We got 3 sandwiches and I made up in my mind while there, I will not support that location again.
